Everything was helpful until then end when it wouldn't allow me to pay my taxes despite the fact that I already paid the $25 E-file option. It didn't give me a payment voucher either. The downloads were not accessible to me either afterwards.

A small glitch is the system would not take my debit card because expiration month was not in the original dropdown screen which only went up to 8. I had to use a card that had a lower expiration month. Could be a problem for some filers.

There are issues with the program transmitting correct information to the state forms, specifically Royalty K-1's and LP's. Also, it doesn't give me an opportunity to add bank information to the state forms

A lot of questions didn't have "?" help notes.... you should consider providing more help when you ask a question and the user needs to input numbers / info that requires information from prior years or some type of specific knowledge.

No longer supports It's Deductible, Does not import support documents saved in QUICKEN to allow support during tax audits thus causing 100's of hours to produce documents for audits

Quick and accurate and fairly easy as long as you have all your information. I think for the third time in a row it didn't prompt me to enter 1095-A info and return rejected

First year using TurboTax for home+business. Have used H&R Block for over 2 decades. Very easy to use! I am permanently switching to TurboTax after trying it out this year!

The desktop is very easy to use and understand what is going on when you want to search out a dollar amount and how Turbo tax came up with the amount. Very easy to access tax form the study what is going on when you have a question about something.

Importing doesn't overlay last year's data so an extra step is required to get rid of $0 sources. It decided not to print my Electronic Filing Instructions for the first time ever. Help is antiquated and sorely needs AI.

Overall, good. I hope I can continue to get Turbo Tax Desktop since I have no internet at home. It allows me to do a portion of it in the comfort of my own home.
