TurboTax is very easy to download. Once starting the return, it is very thorough, asking pertinent questions and generating an accurate return. E-filing was very easy to do.

TT prompts and instructions are pretty straightforward and easy enough to follow. However, I saw no prompts to enter the six digit Federal i Pin, if the filer applied for and received one.

Clunky when asking for same information several times. Have to pay $25 filing fee for college-age children who didn't make enough to pay any taxes. Will use other provider if they can import last year's info and ease up on the filing fees.

your calculations for IRA basis and how it affects conversions to ROTH are wrong. Your help was terrible and your program does NOT show the math. WHY are you not showing math calculations?? Worksheets do not substitute for showing your math.

Everything was helpful until then end when it wouldn't allow me to pay my taxes despite the fact that I already paid the $25 E-file option. It didn't give me a payment voucher either. The downloads were not accessible to me either afterwards.

I've been using it for my LLC and my personal taxes for over a decade. I like that it transfers previous years' information. The walk through is easy to understand. The checkpoints always give me a sense of confidence.
