I have used TT for many years. It seems to keep improving every year, more user-friendly and understandable. I feel my returns get completed accurately and the program is very straight forward and relatively easy to use.

Typically I have great results from Turbo Tax but this year was different. The software was difficult to use and even stopped working at the end of my return and forced me to quit and start over again. I had a very difficult time with it this year.

excellent overall experience, prior year carryovers and data needed to complete were easily populated, only had a few questions that were not clear and figured those out, always have to upgrade to a high level to cover all topics well

Turbo Tax really saves the day! I wouldn't be able to do my taxes without it. Turbo Tax makes the entire process smooth and easy and makes sure I get the full maximum refund. I highly recommend Turbo Tax to everyone!

This years Turbotax was the worst - non-intuitive, hiding information, difficult to use. Editing and viewing information downloaded from financial institutions was difficult and confusing

This software gets harder to interpret each and every year. This needs to be simpler with a better UI and HELP. It's overly bloated and for the normal person it's painful to use.

It is ridiculous how difficut it is to download a previous years IRS Return into the current Return. After 20 years, it amazes me how the instructions keep becoming harder to easily follow

Not user friendly, jump to online filing all the time. and this on line filing is not advance. It start with W2 form, and both of us do not have W2 form.

Had a huge problem trying to import last year's tax return on my MacBook. I finally got it to work by opening the 2024 return using the 2025 version of TurboTax. Then it asked me if ii would like to do the import.

I've used TurboTax for many years and I plan to continue. It's easy and intuitive to use. I'm confident that it assists me to find the maximum allowable refund.
