This year I did not need the help of a tax expert because last year I was thoroughly educated by a very qualified and patient tax expert, her instruction created the foundation for helping me do this year's taxes with out difficulty.

I have used turbotax for decades and it has provided me great outcomes for business and personal taxes. I haven't used the audit service but i find TT to be a user friendly for me.

I always use Turbotax. This year's software has worked out the problems with the 403B retirement issues, etc. I was very happy with this year's software. Everything was perfect.

I need to be able to bypass "updates" when logging into work on a return. I have very slot internet at one location and NO internet at another location. Please restore the functionality that alows me to bypass updates.

I know what to expect every year I use Turbo Tax. Seamless integration for my online tax forms and quick and easy explanations and tax advice. Not sure why anyone would not use this product.

Some of the explanations were not very clear. BUT TubroTax has been my choice for as long as they have been in business. I doubt I will ever switch to any other tax prep method.

TurboTax this year failed to import information from the previous year. Comparison values were not provided as information had to be re-entered despite same computer and memory stick being used for several years running.

I have a W2 job, home office, a farm and two home business under one sole-owner LLC. It really struggles with the complexity. The tax expert was unable to see my screen on my Mac when I tried to share.
