I have been using Turbo tax for many years and have never had a problem with accuracy. Following the step-by-step instructions, it is easy to enter all of the necessary information to obtain a correct tax return.

I have Used Turbo Tax since the 90s and I have used their dial up services to their newest AI services .Turbo Tax never lets me down and always has the answers!

1. Several help screens are blank with zero help info on them. 2. Software does not import prior year tax credit carry forward even though the software states that it will do so.

TurboTax wasted me a lot of time. It forced me to pay in credit card to work. The problem is even after I paid in credit card. It's still not working for me. I want to file one state's tax return and it won't give me the chance.

I have used turbotax more than 15 years, and I have never been disappointed in its structure and guide. Turbotax's tax preparation enables tax experts and non-tax experts to experience what tax preparation is all about.

From the ease of use to having to speak to an Agent (just once) in twenty years, you can't go wrong. I will until the day I can no longer file, use Turbo Tax :)

Removing the 3rd party DEDUCTION software created a very bad user experience. As a long time TURBO TAX user I will be looking into other tax return software solutins for 2026.

You made the program more complicated and it did not forward the routing and account numbers from previous year to current return and did not allow me to type it in.

At the end I have to add in box 6 of 1099 NEC but it is not box 6 and it was not clue what would happen. I realize for myself what is it. In medical deduction was not clear what was happening

I have used the Desktop version of Turbo Tax for many years. I like it, and have NO interest in the online version. I hope Intuit will keep the Desktop version permanently. Otherwise I am likely to change tax software providers. Thanks.
