The ability to pay to file state by credit card does not work and didn't work last year. Form 1095 A was not part of the interview this year or last year. My refund was rejected.

A lot of questions didn't have "?" help notes.... you should consider providing more help when you ask a question and the user needs to input numbers / info that requires information from prior years or some type of specific knowledge.

The program does not account for all circumstances in the Healthcare Marketplace. It won't all e-filing without information that is not provided on the tax form.

The Windows 11 requirement is outrageous while Microsoft requires a new computer. Intuit is bullying customers and I came very close to buying H&R Block instead.

It does a good job of reducing the complexity of a ridiculously complex federal tax code. Watch out for cross sells for extra expert tax help or defense against audits. The cross sells are annoying.
