Very hard to use. Even I paid for Tax expert. I used Turbo tax for mor than 15 years. But this yr the app was very difficult to use, even I had to pay extra $60 for Tax expert. I called 5 times, waste my time too much

I have 2 dependents on my tax return, but the 1095-A deduction section did not provide a selection for my dependent, there was no way for me to add their name for me to report.

The software itself is straight forward and fairly easy to fill out. Be sure to have all your necessary docs ready and it shouldnt take too long to finish

In accurate codes on K-1 and IRS forces user to generate form 3468 as "D" on IRS generates Energy Creits in Turbo Tax which is not correct. Issue/bug is all over the internet-FIX IT!

I refinanced a mortgage in 2025. Despite my entering all of the correct data, turbotax did not link the two mortgages together. I had to do it manually.

Need to fix the known problem with reporting K-1 line 20 with statement z that generates an error: "Box 20 code Z has been selected but no Section 199A income has been entered from your K-1"

This year's version does not seem as user friendly as in year's past, but the Easy-Step feature is complete and easy to understand. There are better "Forms" options and printing options. Will use TurboTax again next year.

The Windows 11 requirement is outrageous while Microsoft requires a new computer. Intuit is bullying customers and I came very close to buying H&R Block instead.

I had to click help because there was a form I was unable to amend that kept putting me in a loop, so I could not file return. The form was autofilled by TT and was inaccurate

I could not transfer last year's business tax information and had to manually type information. Years past Turbotax would search my computer to find tax return and automatically transfer information for me
