Turbo Tax needs to fix the problems with Oregon Filers being able to EASILY ENTER their PAID LEAVE OREGON BENEFITS into the software - IT SHOULD BE LISTED CLEARLY UNDER UNEMPLOYMENT and actually ask you the question

The format for the application was changed this year from previous years and I found it difficult to understand what was required at times. Other than that, the application was great and that was the reason I gave it a 4 rating rather than 5.

only problem is in CT we have "auto property tax" based on their value. If you itemize, it difficult to find where to put this. I do not itemize, but i always enter values to see if I qualify.

Turbo tax is accurate, has many features, a good interface with financial institutions, and great reporting for all the calculations needed for the forms to be sent to the Feds, and states.

TurboTax offered me a way to confidently file my own taxes, I especially like the search feature in the worksheet where a figure comes from. Support was excellent. I had a trust question and they helped me through the filing.

I have used TurboTax for many years. It is easy to use, thorough and provides help info whenever needed. Returns have never been questioned by tax authorities after filing.

GREAT UNTIL I WENT TO FILE STATE TAXES -- HIDDEN FEE OF $40 FOR STATE REFUND -- ON TOP OF THE $25 LISTED FEE. VERY HARD (I HAVE USED TURBOTAX OVER 25 YEARS) TO GO BACK AND PRINT STATE TO FILE BY MAIL.

Very frustrating that every time I open turbotax it installs updates. Today when I opened it, it installed updates. All my information and tax returns that I was currently working on and last years were deleted.
