Actually 4 1/2 stars. The drawbacks were with investments. The limit of 2500 transactions meant I had to print out a 235 page 1099 and mail it in. Also, details from K-1 forms don't transfer well

Turbotax just informed me that we can only file five returns with our purchase. We had planned for file for two more relatives as a courtesy. It's unclear if we have to buy another copy of the software or how we will resolve this.

As it has been over the last 20 years your tax program is wonderful and this year Tina wa very helpful finding an error in the way my Fidelity 199-R was prepared.

They tell you that you get one FREE state return submittal. However, when it comes time to submit the one state return they charge you. FALSE advertising. I'll just go to the State filing website ad submit there! It is a VERY simple return.

I have been using TurboTax for many years. It's intuitively led me through the steps. I appreciate the continuing improvement to make it easier for end users like me. Thanks!

I always use Turbotax an never had a problem. Sometimes it can be a little confusing but probably because I read too fast. I always eventually get through it. Always good results.

I liked the old Turbotax. I do NOT like all the attempts to get me to pay for extra services. I couldn't even get out of this STUPID review. I actually got more angry after I got stuck in this review!!!!!!!

I find it aggravating when it makes you go through so many steps to get to simple answers. And repeats it again and again. I don't like the new format for interest and dividend income.

Some data, specifically charitable contributions, were not actually needed. Would have been good to know that you must itemize prior to entering this information.

I've used Turbo Tax for a long time and this is only the 2nd year for my granddaughters taxes but I still love to use Turbo Tax for all of my families taxes.
