Getting worse every year - for example - trying to find how to file for a federal extension to file was very convoluted even using the AI assistant or the embedded search and help features

Please correct that glitch about "energy efficient buildings" on form 7205 (?) that came up again this year and was a pain to get rid of. I finally remembered to delete the zero in the field to make it go away.

Turbotax is telling me to mail in form 8453 with 8949. But I look on form 8949 and the box is checked sayint that all the entries were already electronically filed with the irs. Very confusing.

I dont like when you want to search it goes online. i would rather get a disk program then downloading. it is pretty dificult to find the right place to download the program it used to be easy.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years Love it But this year I pressed the wrong state button by mistake and had to buy it over even though I paid for it with my federal. Need way to correct that in the future.

Program is easy to use. Have used TurboTax for several years. I have a business and the program does a great job at gettig to all the areas that need worked on.

Turbo Tax is relatively easy to work through. I have used the product for multiple years. This year, the support team was more reachable and provided better answers than in the past.

it was very confusing how to set up separate Enterprises/Aggregations for QBI Deduction. It did not come out the same this year as last year, but should have. I could not figure out how to set it up the way I wanted to set it up.

Had to file by mail because program did not allow to mandatory boxes be checked on the 1040/1040-SR form. ....filed pursuant.. and Check here if you main home..

I appreciate that last year's information populates over, such a time saver. I would recommend it to anyone with tax reporting experience. Some of the explanations need to be better explained in layman's terms, some are still confusing.
