Turbotax was user-friendly. We have two 1099 businesses, along with our regular employment and retirement income. Everything was straightforward and easy to comprehend.

My Tax Expert, Nicole S., was an absolutely wonderful lady! She spent hours with me filling out the tax forms and explaining every detail of all the fields I needed to complete. It was indeed an excellent experience with TurboTax, because of her!

form doesn't save within the program. When I changed my job description it COMPLETELY WIPED OUT numbers i entered from my 1099. I have to DO MY TAXES ALL OVER AGAIN! unacceptable

This is the 1st year that I have had issues. I have only efiled 4 returns and yet it tells me that I have reached my limit. I should have 1 more. In addition the importing is no longer seamless as it used to be

I have used Turbo Tax for decades and have never had a problem I couldn't overcome. This year it seemed that it was a bit more difficult to enter some of the data because more questions were asked to justify my inputs.

Used for 10+ years and always A+ until this year. 1. Could not enter Social Security amounts 2. Could not PRINT ANY FORMS 3. Contradictory statements in program on K-1 and 1099R for Pa Wasted about10 hours on this and I'm a CPA !!!

Well, I didn't like the fact that I had to buy a new computer in order to use the software for 2025. Other than that, everything was still the same process for TurboTax. I would prefer the desktop version over the online version.

I am using TurboTax for many years. It is a very good program, very intuitive and easy to use. I gave rating of 4, because it has some issues while dealing stocks & capital gains. Will use again in 2026.

It appears that some of the updates have far reaching effects, but there is nothing up front to stop some of the forms from being printed, even if they weren't needed.

I have been happy with Turbo Tax in the past, but 2025's version seemed to be more intuitive and worked very smoothly. The interface with third party brokerages was particularly good.
