TurboTax does not allow organization names for charitable deductions to be placed in alphabetical order. With over 30 entires, I keep having to search the list for the correct charity. PLEASE put organizations in alphabetical order!

It was easy to do the tax return but I believe the software was not correct with the amount of required estimated taxes to pay. The estimated taxes to pay were a lot more than what the amount due on my federal 2025 tax return.

easy to use. helpful prompting. review is a little under featured in terms of guidance re what or where to enter. like how it uses info from other years filings.

State filing was rejected due to inconsistency on exemptions. Turbotax review should have spotted this, but did not. When attempting to correct in response to state rejections, TurboTax blocked the correction.

Disappointed to see that this year there is no coversheet, directions, or address for sending paper returns. I had to search online for this information.

Evidently, Turbo Tax is not including RITA questionnaire and forms for those Ohio municipalities that use RITA. Rather than state, "We do not support RITA, all help is useless and not answering questions. This should have been stated in the product.

Very difficult to enter expiration month in credit card payment for e-filing. I can't scroll down to month number 12. I had to use a different card with July (07) expiration month. I can't believe that this QA issue was not addressed up to now.

While entering business data, a statement came up stating "I need to go back to the information before and make correction." No indication to where or why. It took me an hour to reboot the program and restart the input again. Time is money.

If I could have given you no stars I would! Form 5695 error message won't change and I cannot submit my return, is this a scam to make me pay for assistance?

TurboTax helps me a lot to work on my federal and state tax return. The user interface is easy to follow for common tax situations, I wish more help on uncommon or rare tax situations.
