Have used Turbo Tax for years and it is consistently reliable and just keeps getting better in terms of being intuitive to use and cover all necessary topics. It successfully, effectively, and accurately streamlines the process

I'v been using turbotax since as long as I can remember. I used the regular turbotax and now that my circumstances have changed I am using the premier turbotax. I wouldn't use any other program to do my taxes.

The "...half of the year...in the United States" question needs to be in two places, not just earned income credit. There is a definite legal peril on this declaration. Heads up!

The software is excellent, easy to use and accurate. But the $45 fee to pay federal taxes from a state refund feels like a hidden charge and undermines an otherwise great experience.

Seems easier to use this year than last. did not like the extra charge for state returns efiled. Since I am very experienced with taxes, I am not sure if those without experience would be able to accurately input their information.

The step-by-step process is easy to use and hits all the major deductions. The accuracy and examples are correct for my real estate business. And the online filing and records keeping works for year-to-year record keeping.

This was the first year I didn't load the program with a cd disc. It was easier to do it that way. I called for assistance and it took over 90 minutes to get the program to respond. Do me a favor and go back to using the cd discs.
