WAS EXTREMELY HARD WHEN I KNEW THE DATA TO ENTER ON THE FORMS BUB TURBOTAX DID NOT ALLOW ME TOENTER ON THAT FIELD ALSO, THE DATA SOURCE LINK WAS SELDOM AVAILABLE WITH NO OVERRIDE AVAILABLE

It is confusing trying to switch from guided to form and back and forth between the two to make sure the amount entered is correct and in the correct box.

Big huge miss with import of last year Turbotax Home and Business return (Apple version). If not fixed next year you have lost me as a customer for life.

It was a detailed and somewhat tedious process but all was pretty self explanatory although I did not understand one section of the return but a quick phone call you the help desk got me right back on track.

Your product is very good. I have been doing our taxes with TurboTax since 1993. This is the only year that there are errors that are not visible? With that being said, Other wise I would have rate your product a 5 star rating!

Inputting has became more problematic. i.e.Charity, 1099R/1098T and others. Don't know if I can use the program in more then one computer. More difficult to use now. Not user friendly anymore!

It was easy follow and Turbo tax was very helpful. I did have some questions, called and the answer them to get me back on track. I would recommend turbo tax to others, who want to do there own taxes.

Downloaded product failed to start after an update of the software. Had to uninstall and reinstall twice to recover functionality. Otherwise it would have been a 5-star review. The

TurboTax continues to be a terrific product - easy to use, drops the proper contextual hints to make sure details are not forgotten, and handles the whole process. I never worry about the quality of the results.

The only problem I had was that when I did my sisters Fed taxes, TurboTax would not allow me access to the lines that allowed me to put my name as the contact person. I was in the filing section when I noticed that there was no option to do this.
