If I could have given you no stars I would! Form 5695 error message won't change and I cannot submit my return, is this a scam to make me pay for assistance?

Turbo Tax in many ways very similar to previous forms In my opinion it has added some complicated hurdles that were not needed .I spent more time doing taxes this year.

I have used turbotax for many years. I appreciate the software so I can accurately submit my forms to the IRS. The UI is great and all latest tax changes are asked upfront so I do not need to worry about issues in my return. I highly recommend!

turbo tax is simple to use, all you have to do is answert the questions honestly and the app does every thing else. I noticed this year that they were offering live tax help for an additional fee...i havent used this feature, will update if i do.

It didn't prompt me to fill in farmland property taxes or fil out forms W-RA and FC-A, which I have filled out in the past. disappointing - should be recognizing what I have done previously to help make this years easier.

There is a bug in the system that kept dropping my household status and messing up my returns. It took my a bit of time to figure this out and how to work around it.

The efficiency of the process provides the value. We were able to complete my business and our personal taxes thoroughly and in the time it would normally take to prep our information for an independent CPA.

TurboTax is still the best available tax progam I feel, though there are a few nits. One I especially miss is being able to double-click in a field to store the pertinent sub-details - there aren't as many fields one can do this with now.

I liked the old Turbotax. I do NOT like all the attempts to get me to pay for extra services. I couldn't even get out of this STUPID review. I actually got more angry after I got stuck in this review!!!!!!!

The step by step process is very sound. I had one issue with no suggestion. I contacted Intuit for assistance and the issue was resolved efficiently and professionally.
