The desktop is very easy to use and understand what is going on when you want to search out a dollar amount and how Turbo tax came up with the amount. Very easy to access tax form the study what is going on when you have a question about something.

Had a huge problem trying to import last year's tax return on my MacBook. I finally got it to work by opening the 2024 return using the 2025 version of TurboTax. Then it asked me if ii would like to do the import.

Turbo tax live experts were terrific however, the chat and community search to answer questions were horrible. Never was able to determine my topic requests accurately especially the AI chat on the software itself.

called and agent could not tell me when form 8283 would be available. I prepare my taxes early and I had to wait until 2/7/26 to complete. Don't think I will be using Turbo tax next year.

This is 2 years in a row now that some random thing is making us file by mail. there is clearly something wrong with the Turbo Tax system that is making us do that repetitively.

Turbo Taxes makes doing taxes pretty easy. Used Audit Defense in the past and it was a terrific help. I learned so much and the one identified issue was corrected with MUCH less stress than if I tried to handle it on my own.

I have a dependent that files just a basic return. I wish I was able to file with this program but I have to get a ez form one seperate I would pay a few dollars more to have that option.
