Turbo Taxes makes doing taxes pretty easy. Used Audit Defense in the past and it was a terrific help. I learned so much and the one identified issue was corrected with MUCH less stress than if I tried to handle it on my own.

PROGRAM SHOULD BE BETTER INTEGRATED WITH STATES AND THERE SHOULD BE NO GUESSWORK ON THE USER'S PART. HAVING TO RETRIEVE DOCUMENTS INFORMATION ROM PAST RETURNS SHOULD NOT BE REQUIRED IF PREVIOUS TAX RETURNS HAVE BEEN FILED THROUGH TURBOTAX.

Not entirely happy since TT did not have form 8833 and now I cannot file electronically. My purchase included free federal filing. I am very annoyed.

Overall it does a great job and I have used Turbo Tax for many years. What I don't like about it, it is clunky to use and does not navigate easily to the topic you need.

I have use turbo tax software for over 5 plus years. I have found the 2025 tax software to be less reliable in the areas of previous saved home and business information, less help to identify business deduction.

Ai Generated Review topics was not helpful at all. I used to be able to use search function to help me find things within application and answer questions. AI would not be helpful at all

Very detailed and straight forward. Makes it so I can knock out my taxes myself in a few hours versus being at the mercy of some tax provider's schedule

A small glitch is the system would not take my debit card because expiration month was not in the original dropdown screen which only went up to 8. I had to use a card that had a lower expiration month. Could be a problem for some filers.

It would not let me deduct the way that I use too and I'm no sure I was able to deduct as much as I could have but the standard deductions seem to be accurate though not 100% sure. It did make it a lot faster.

The software improves every year and is continually updated to changes in the tax code. The guided input is a fantastic tool as is the accuracy check. Filing is a breeze with this software.
