My only issue is with how pushy it was to go on-line. I like the desktop version, especially because if my Internet goes down in the middle of preparation, I won't lose anything. Ask once, then let it go.

I would pick zero stars if I could. You hide the desktop software and push everyone to the web version. The payment system does not recognize I am logged in and does not keep my info.

past editions of turbo tax home and business were much better , especially at it pertains to looking at charitable deductions for multiple items....This one took forever ....Sooooo disappointed in revised software...So un-user friendly

Entry was difficult compared to last years use of 1099 linked by Wells and Intuit ... finally cleared up yesterday when all links became active to 1099s and the ability to enter, change directly from Turbo Tax

They tell you that you get one FREE state return submittal. However, when it comes time to submit the one state return they charge you. FALSE advertising. I'll just go to the State filing website ad submit there! It is a VERY simple return.

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR OVER A DECADE--TO DO NOT ONLY MY TAXES, BUT THOSE OF 3-4 OTHERS. IT HAS USUALLY BEEN AN EASY TASK--AND SEEMS TO GET BETTER EACH YEAR.

I am so disappointed in Intuit. I have extended my Windows 10 until Oct, 2026 but I had to upgrade my whole computer costing me a lot of money just to file taxes. I am looking to change from Windows and TurboTax next year.

Generally, pretty good. I've used TT for 30 years or so. I always need to engage the help line at some point for most returns. I do several family members' fillings every year. Assistants are pretty universally helpful and courteous.

excellent overall experience, prior year carryovers and data needed to complete were easily populated, only had a few questions that were not clear and figured those out, always have to upgrade to a high level to cover all topics well

I have 2 dependents on my tax return, but the 1095-A deduction section did not provide a selection for my dependent, there was no way for me to add their name for me to report.
