At the end I have to add in box 6 of 1099 NEC but it is not box 6 and it was not clue what would happen. I realize for myself what is it. In medical deduction was not clear what was happening

Removing the 3rd party DEDUCTION software created a very bad user experience. As a long time TURBO TAX user I will be looking into other tax return software solutins for 2026.

I have been using TurboTax for many years. I only had a couple of questions, from the IRS, in all these years, and Turbo Tax handled them for me. Good job!

Spoke to Chaieyfah as I worked on my return and she was simply outstanding! She was friendly and very helpful. My question involved Schedule D transactions and she was able to point me to the correct answer very quickly.

turbo tax is simple to use, all you have to do is answert the questions honestly and the app does every thing else. I noticed this year that they were offering live tax help for an additional fee...i havent used this feature, will update if i do.

Takes wayyyyyyy toooo long to get a live person on the phone as I COULD NOT MANAGE my question with a text communication. This was a general access question which is so annoying that it takes 45mins

After using Turbo Tax for over ten yeas, I resent being nickeled an dimed when the returns are filed. Show the expense up front. I paid over $100 for the online version and may look elsewhere next year to avoid the state fee and the refund fee.

There are issues with the program transmitting correct information to the state forms, specifically Royalty K-1's and LP's. Also, it doesn't give me an opportunity to add bank information to the state forms

It is so easy to understand I have been using for around 15 plus years I usually do at least 5 for more taxes at home. I trust it to check for mistakes and it has been accurate

Most interface (statement) are understandable and acuracy. Somehow the turbotax 2025 in Windows 2025 can't link to my 2024 return in Windowrs 10. I have to manually enter almost every things. It may be Windows issues.
