We have used Turbo tax for many many years- no problems. This year 2025 tax year- an avalanche of problems, glitches, frozen screens, re-starts, error codes. We hope you fix it for 2026.

Not entirely happy since TT did not have form 8833 and now I cannot file electronically. My purchase included free federal filing. I am very annoyed.

I was confused on how to tell the program, since I was not efiling my state return, to direct deposit my state refund. Had to try to override the form.

Not user friendly, jump to online filing all the time. and this on line filing is not advance. It start with W2 form, and both of us do not have W2 form.

Getting worse every year - for example - trying to find how to file for a federal extension to file was very convoluted even using the AI assistant or the embedded search and help features

Clunky when asking for same information several times. Have to pay $25 filing fee for college-age children who didn't make enough to pay any taxes. Will use other provider if they can import last year's info and ease up on the filing fees.

Good except the process resulted in the requirement to mail return because Turbotax does not support Form 7205 causing an error condition in a schedule C.

Great product that helps me do my taxes. I like the "instant" changes to any potential refund or money owed because it becomes a guide for the following year's planning.

Becoming more difficult to use as they keep driving you to the online version rather than letting you download. Almost not worth it because of that insistence that you use the online, putting your information out for all to see.

The AI interface is awful. I can't jump to the form 4868 for an extension while working on the file. After I finally got to it, I then have to enter information that was already transferred from 2024.
