Not pleased with the state programs. I have 2 different states downloaded. Instead of asking to START - it asks to ADD. Not what was needed. Never been like this in previous years.

The help menu is very poor. It goes to some automated options versus typing our own questions. This is quite annoying and can be fixed easily from your end. Rest is all good.

I have used Turbo Tax for decades and have never had a problem I couldn't overcome. This year it seemed that it was a bit more difficult to enter some of the data because more questions were asked to justify my inputs.

All was very good until there was no instructions for mailing Oregon Tax return. Only addressed electronic submission. Went back to last years instructions. Hope that address and instructions are also applicable to this year.

Frustrating that some of the walk thru features did not work correctly. Property taxes could not be ildi on walk thru. I had to divert to the forms and manually fill in.

I'm into my third decade of using Turbo Tax - from a college freshman through almost 3 adult children. Always made a stressful tax season run more smoothly and worry free.

The "...half of the year...in the United States" question needs to be in two places, not just earned income credit. There is a definite legal peril on this declaration. Heads up!

I've been using Turbo Tax for a number of years now and find it pretty intuitive. I like the fact that new tax rules are highlighted each year. Never had any filing issues or been subject to audit to date!

From the ease of use to having to speak to an Agent (just once) in twenty years, you can't go wrong. I will until the day I can no longer file, use Turbo Tax :)

Accurate, easy to you, been using TurboTax for decades, BUT This year $25 per 1040 Tax form?!? that a bit much, it used to be $25 for up to 5 individuals
