This is the first time I used Turbo Tax online instead of desktop version. It was difficult to jump back into where I was last working or maneuver through items i needed to update.

I have been using TurboTax since 1988. Every year it works well. There are some issues on filling out the New Jersey taxable/non-taxable IRA payments, but these can be handled manually.

There are issues with the program transmitting correct information to the state forms, specifically Royalty K-1's and LP's. Also, it doesn't give me an opportunity to add bank information to the state forms

Questioning federal tax calculation. Taxable income for MFJ: $131,843 TurboTax tax calculated: $18,444 Manual calcuation with tax tables: $18,826 Calculation in state software: $18,833 Approximate difference in TurboTax: $390

Not to happy with Turbo Tax this year. I entered all of tax information only to find out my donation information was lost because the form was not yet available. When the form was available, I had to renter everything.

I've been using TurboTax for over 20 years. I've never been audited. The software is amazing. Simple to use. We use the business section for my wife's home business. Easy to file.

Many problems downloading updates. Had to remove & reinstall once so far. Updates still not working correctly. Program also has some screens which ask for irrelevant information.

Been Turbo Tax user for over 15 years- 2025 is the WORST ever tried to use- loops back- asks same questions, requires multiple entries of same information.-- constant updates- NOT PLEASED with 2025 edition.

TurboTax makes filing Sole Proprietor tax returns easy in comparison to the complexity of what is required. It helps you organize, correctly apply elements of operation in a tax advantageous way.

Canadian pensioner bug was insistent I was Canadian with no way to remove. I've been using TurboTax for well over a decade this has been the worst version.
