There are issues with the program transmitting correct information to the state forms, specifically Royalty K-1's and LP's. Also, it doesn't give me an opportunity to add bank information to the state forms

Turbotax is great. My only complaint is that I have to manually input partnership K1 data into Turbotax personal, even though Turbotax Business created the partnership K1. There should be a seamless option for Turbotax Personal to import a K1.

Last year it screwed up the NYS Taxes. I wanted to pay the refund forward and I got a check. This year it won't set up the direct debit correctly and I'm in a hopeless do loop.

I have been using TurboTax for decades an it has helped me work through multiple tax scenarios. This year I had file with a shared health premium and the software apparently could not compute my situation. what a headache, very disappointed.

Not to happy with Turbo Tax this year. I entered all of tax information only to find out my donation information was lost because the form was not yet available. When the form was available, I had to renter everything.

Takes wayyyyyyy toooo long to get a live person on the phone as I COULD NOT MANAGE my question with a text communication. This was a general access question which is so annoying that it takes 45mins

Numerous software bugs and glitches. Getting worse every year. They care now more about selling "live advice" and other high profit nonsense than writing good code. After 25 years with TurboTax, next year I will be using something else

Most interface (statement) are understandable and acuracy. Somehow the turbotax 2025 in Windows 2025 can't link to my 2024 return in Windowrs 10. I have to manually enter almost every things. It may be Windows issues.

The only difficulty we had with TurboTax is we were deemed ineligible for a credit in a particular instance, but were not told why we were ineligible.

too many clicks into and out of sections. asks questions for information that should carry over from prior year return. should proceed flawlessly without continuing to click and then then click to next topic
