Turbotax just informed me that we can only file five returns with our purchase. We had planned for file for two more relatives as a courtesy. It's unclear if we have to buy another copy of the software or how we will resolve this.

Really, nothing good has been added. The help pages have really inconsistent font. Some are big and some are small. The forms are buggy, some require me to fill information that doesn't exist.

I am supposed to get 1 state filing for free. However, at the end of the program turbotax charged me $25 to file with the state and another fee for direct deposit. That's not being very transparent with the pricing.

I have a 4K monitor & I spent more time than I've ever spent before adjusting forms and dialogs between 100% & 200%, and then even having to use Magnifier to see the help & tips clearly. Get that fixed or I'm switching to tax software that works.

Great product which I've used for years. However, because you required Windows 11 to use the product for 2025, I had to buy a new computer. This is certainly not customer focused.

Used TurboTax for 15+ years. It's great for most things. But for donations of items, please improve the user interface so that it's not necessary to re-enter the date for every item donated the same day.

Seems easier to use this year than last. did not like the extra charge for state returns efiled. Since I am very experienced with taxes, I am not sure if those without experience would be able to accurately input their information.

It is ridiculous how difficut it is to download a previous years IRS Return into the current Return. After 20 years, it amazes me how the instructions keep becoming harder to easily follow

I have used TurboTax for home and business for as long it has been in business. Never had a problem. And always file hardcopy mail in. HOWEVER THIS 2025 USER INTERFACE IS AN ABSOLUTE PIEC OF CRAP!!!!

The changes you made to the estimated tax calculation for the next year are bad. You no longer have comparative numbers to prior year, which makes that process harder. I did not like that at all.
