Some of the forms came down from Chase and I had to click buttons to mark them as non crypto about 80 times...Also, sucks that this isn't available under Windows 10.

I have Used Turbo Tax since the 90s and I have used their dial up services to their newest AI services .Turbo Tax never lets me down and always has the answers!

I have used turbotax for decades and it has provided me great outcomes for business and personal taxes. I haven't used the audit service but i find TT to be a user friendly for me.

They tell you that you get one FREE state return submittal. However, when it comes time to submit the one state return they charge you. FALSE advertising. I'll just go to the State filing website ad submit there! It is a VERY simple return.

Actually 4 1/2 stars. The drawbacks were with investments. The limit of 2500 transactions meant I had to print out a 235 page 1099 and mail it in. Also, details from K-1 forms don't transfer well

Wondering if you added the additional Senior Citizen Deduction provided through the Big Beautiful Bill? My refund may have been larger than what I was given it the additional $6000 were added. Am I wrong? Linda

Turbo Tax has always been simple to use, easy to navigate through and accurate. Disappointed this year with the loss of ItsDeductible portion of the product. It will make it that much harder to track charitable donations

Turbotax is fine if you do everything normal. Unfortunately I don't, and there's where the trouble starts. * they have a lot of trouble handling extensions * don't even ask about how to file amended returns because they will surely mess it up.

I have been using TurboTax since 1988. Every year it works well. There are some issues on filling out the New Jersey taxable/non-taxable IRA payments, but these can be handled manually.

TurboTax representative Debra, a CPA, gave me excellent advice for declaring this year's taxes with a major change to my income. She also advised me to submit quarterly withholdings to make things easier for me next year.
