We bought this swing set for our grandchildren. They love to visit our cabin in the mountains, and the swing set is great entertainment for them and their cousins. The earth tones blend in so nicely with the natural landscape! We read reviews stating it will withstand the snowy winters, so we thought this is the set for the kids. We are very pleased with this product.

The product itself is amazing and my girls (2 and 4) love it along with my kids I babysit from home as well. We held off on the trapeze bar and used our fisher price baby swing and it’s perfect. Reason for the 2 star review was the customer service when we had an issue in assembly. My husband and I were able to put it together in 6-7 hours ourselves with the kids running/jumping on top. When we got to the cargo net, the instructions said to straighten out the net and the diagram in the manual showed it flat/flush against each other so I removed the knots (which was a big no no) but didn’t discover that until we put the net on. The pictures played a huge role in the assembly process as to show which way to turn the items for correct positioning so we relied heavily on them since none of the poles/bars had any sort of marking on them. Throughout the manual it notes when to not tighten hardware too tight and other hints/clues to make the process flawless but it had no note on the knots. I contacted their customer service via email asking for a video or information on the knots to correct it and they stated that they had no such help and only offered to “work with me” on another net after I responded back a little irritated. For the price we pay for these items, they should be a little more helpful in my opinion when it comes to helping with problems as such.

This playset is solid and durable. Our kids and their friends love it. They've spent many hours playing on it. The only problems we have had are with rusting hardware (bolts and screws). Overall the structure is in great shape and we've had it over 3 years. We like it so much we're taking it when we move to our new house.

We already had a lifetime playset for or 2 boys, and it has been great! We ordered this one for grandma's house. Only hiccup was the delivery. It came a day later than expected and it comes on a big truck that needs space to turn around. The driver was determined and went out off his way to deliver. Lifetime is the best. Took 2 people 2 days to setup. Kids love it!

Shipping was definitely a trick. At first I was frustrated by how slow it seemed for this to arrive. Until it DID arrive and I realized just how big and heavy the crate was that contained all the pieces. This was delivered by a freight truck with a lift gate and the pallet jack was useless. So have a little patience from when you order to when it’s delivered. This thing came in a HUGE crate - if you don’t have a forklift - a really strong pry bar and hammer will help you open the crate so you can unload the boxes separately. Start early in the morning! Open ALL the boxes first. Keep the contents of each box together!! You will jump around from box to box on occasion. The directions were pretty clear but the only thing lacking was what piece was located in what box. We had to dig around a bit to find what we needed, but it was pretty obvious when we found it. You need two or more people and some step stools/free standing ladders to put this thing together. Whatever you do, don’t use a battery operated drill. You’re going to snap more bolts then you have available if you do. And they do give you a few extras. Thank goodness. Put everything together before you tighten all the bolts. Even only hand tightened, it’s very sturdy. The directions were very easy to follow but you are not going to get this put together in a day with only two people. The accessories and finishing touches will be day two. (The ground wasn’t level where we were setting it up, so we had to dig holes and square everything up. So our process took much longer than expected.) With that said - this was the BEST investment I ever made for my two kids, ages 4 & 5. They have this thing mastered and play on it several times a week. There is so much for them to do. It was more than I wanted to spend - but with plywood cost nowadays, this thing cost just as much as something half its size, made out of wood. And it’s going to last forever. My wooden one that it replaced was rotted at the base within a couple of years. This thing will still be standing when my children’s grandchildren are around to play on it. Funny story - We started with the monkey bars and accidentally flipped the Fireman's pole and slide. Operator error, we went back and looked at the directions and it was our mistake, not the manual. By the time we realized it, we were much too far into the installation to correct it and now the footprint was much larger than the space we had available. We ended up putting the other slide over half of the rope climb and used 2 inch plywood to create a rock wall where the slide should’ve gone. It’s certainly not as pretty as it was intended, but it works. My kids LOVE this thing. Our house is play date central because of it. Worth every penny! My only critique is I wish they made a mirror image version for you to choose from. Otherwise, very happy customer.

We had bought this playset after we closed on a new home, and the kids couldn't be happier. My boys are turning 8 and 5 in this month of September so this was a birthday gift for them. It took my husband and I a couple days to set it up, but we did it ourselves and it was very challenging to build, but we were able to figure it out with the instructions. There are a few parts when the instructions could have been a little more clear, however everything turned out fantastic, and I would order from lifetime products again. Thank you so much!

We don’t have a large yard so this set fit perfectly in the grassy space we had available. It has been fun for kids and adults to play on. It’s sturdy so no cementing required. It has just enough variety for lots of play and imagination. I love how there are no openings for wasps to settle in. All the pipe ends are covered. We bought this set during the off season (Feb) and it was installed 4 days later! We absolutely love this set and highly recommend it.

At times it was difficult figuring out which part was which during assembly (maybe Lifetime could add small numbered stickers to the parts?) but, overall, it's an amazing playset and I'm so happy I purchased it! It's very sturdy and it looks great in our back yard!

It feels like it will last, it looks great and the kids love it, so we are very pleased. I built it by myself in about 18 hours, with maybe 20 minutes total of help from my wife when I needed a hand holding things up wile attaching different parts. It wasn't as bad as I expected. One minor point: the screws and other hardware are not fantastic quality. Some of the bolts would not thread properly onto the screws and one screw sheared in half while I was twisting it into a bolt (by hand, not with a drill). This did not create any major issues for us because the set came with some extra hardware, but we almost ran out of extras, so I can imagine that some people might have issues. Still five stars though!

This is a product that will last. Really high quality, very clever design and thought out instructions. The aftersales support is also second to none. You really get what you pay for with this company. Yes it's more expensive than some playsets made overseas but it's worth every penny
