We bought this playset for our son's 4th birthday. It arrived a day early (!) in a giant shipping crate. My husband and I got it assembled in about 8 hours. The hardware was brilliantly packaged and the directions were clear and well-written. We could have probably done it in 5-6 hours with another person. Not only is this playset STURDY without being anchored into the ground with cement and maintenance free (no sanding/staining), but they have maximized EVERY surface for play! The floor of the upper deck has roads printed into the plastic for toy cars, the wall behind the captain's wheel is a chalkboard with activities pre-printed on it (hangman, tic-tac-toe), and the roof has stars imprinted into the back side. Well designed, well made, and well engineered for the lay person to assemble. Definitely worth the money to get this playset over a similar playset made of wood for less $$.

I love this swingset and so do my grandchildren. It is strong enough for adults to swing on. Cool!

After a lot of research between different products, this one is the best for the money! it arrived several days before it was promised which is a plus but beware all the boxes comes in one big crate. the assembly was easy however it would of been a little nicer if all the parts were tagged with an identification, that slowed assembly down a bit but other wise not difficult at all. Very well constructed and alignment was right on. Grandkids love it and play non stop.... far best Christmas gift we ever bought them.

I love this playground. I was a little nervous with the different additions, however my son loves to spin around, and now he can do it himself. I paid to have lifetime come and install, and glad I did. They had it built in about an hour. Completely worth the money.

Our playset came with a couple scratches and with the amount of rain we've had while building, it appeared to begin rusting. We were able to get some great tips about removing rust and are receiving touch-up paint for the affected areas. Couldn't be happier!

Purchased this 4 years ago and I think it is used daily most of the year. Often used by 3 or more at a time. It has held up well under this kind of use. Everything still working. Just recently found a crack in the top bracket around a weld. When I contacted customer service a replacement part was shipped very quickly. Thank you again Heidi

This is a high quality playset, super fun, and with many features. It says for kids till 12. We doubted it before, but found it is true after setting it up. The monkey bar is high enough for a teenager and the swings are solid and big enough even for adults. Another thing to mention is that you can choose not to install the slide on the monkey bar if there is not enough room in the yard. Just cover the drill holes on the pole and it still looks good. We were planning to install just one slide to save room in our yard, but we end up installing both of them, because kids prefer sliding down after pass the bars, rather than climbing down. I think that's might be the reason why this model has 2 slides. Yes, it takes space, but so much fun for kids. We are also impressed by the customer service. One of the slide got a big deep scratch in the middle during shipping and Lifetime takes the responsibility to send us a new one. In sum, a great purchase and highly recommended! Thanks to Lifetime for the great customer service and developing such a fun, solid product!

Playset is good quality and will last for years. Instructions are good with pieces identified but the actual parts are not labeled. I had to disassemble several parts and reinstall because a part was not installed in the correct direction or location.

We bought this playground for our soon to be 3 year old. He loves it and can climb up it well. Our only complaint is although the directions were fantastic- the hardware was labeled well but not the pieces. It was hard to determine what pole went where. Other than that we will recommend this to our friends!

The playset looks amazing when finished, but you better be ready to drill holes into metal poles and nothing is marked on individual pieces, The instruction book has numbers of things, but they are not number on the parts itself! lots of the parts look really similar so be really carefully that you have the right part and facing in the right direction because multiple holes in products and you'll have to take it apart and do it again. It takes 2 people but 3 would be better!
