We don’t have a large yard so this set fit perfectly in the grassy space we had available. It has been fun for kids and adults to play on. It’s sturdy so no cementing required. It has just enough variety for lots of play and imagination. I love how there are no openings for wasps to settle in. All the pipe ends are covered. We bought this set during the off season (Feb) and it was installed 4 days later! We absolutely love this set and highly recommend it.

It takes time and more than 1 person to put this set together but our kids (age 3-8) all love it! My husband and I took several full evenings to complete it and I'd say we are very confident with building/construction to give you an idea of how time-filling it is regardless of skill level. Also worth mentioning that I feel I have to shadow the 3 year old as it is a set more appropriate for older children and she could easily be hurt. Very sturdy and overall great buy!

I bought this swing set for my grand daughters. It has been a big hit. It’s very sturdy and every part of it are high quality. Like everyone else, the marking of the parts would have saved time. Luckily all the nuts and bolts are separated and packaged together for every section of the building process. Very please with the play set and looking forward to many of years watching the kiddos (and myself) enjoy it.

Our kids love this swing set! And I love the fact that there is no upkeep! We've had wood playsets in the past that always started looking worn out in a few years. This one looks new years later! We've also had excellent experiences with customer service. We had a bad wind storm blow it over and bend a few poles. We reached out to customer service and they were very helpful at getting us the parts we needed to restore our swing set. Would definitely recommend!!

We bought this set for our grand children and they spend their entire days using it as swing, slide, make up boat, make up airplane, house and you name it. the set can be used at any age, from toddler to teens and older. We like the accessories like the small picnic table is also used ++. In addition, the company has been super helpful when we needed a part after several years and they provided free of charge!! Highly recommended. A+++

This is an awesome set with many features and well designed. I am 65 and my wife is 64 and we put this together in under 8 hours. You do need a drill and all the tools they recommend. I also think the instructions could be better (we had to undo things 4 times), the graphics could be better AND the pipes and pieces should be labeled.

I ourchased my grandchildren a lifetime playset so they would have years of enjoyment and they have. The trapeze handles over time have cracked and worried us that the kids would pinch there hands when using it. The customer service representative Stephanie was very knowledgeable and helped me with the replacement parts. I couldn't be happier with service and with your company. I'm really glad I bought a quality product with great service backing up their products.

I love Amy! She was very quick in assisting me through our email exchange and has registered my playset after I got (I tried to do it myself) but she personally handled it herself. She was very patient and generous about my requests and concerns. The only thing I wish would improve are our slide came in scuffed (could’ve covered with something, most hardwares were easily got broken (glad we own a hardware store so that’s not a problem but my anxiety was through the roof because they kept breaking on us), and labels on the big parts (we kept guessing which is which—we flipped the tubes for climbing board but didn’t make any difference; just my OCD seeing the holes). It very easy to assemble and I recommend 2 people—we did things separately; Took us approx 6 hrs with 2 sets of tools. We had Youtube and the physical manual as our guide. I’m 5’4 and 150lbs and have no problems with lifting anything… Just reaching lol, so make sure you have a 4-step stool for the roof and the swings! We bought this for my 2-y/o toddler. At first I was scared, even though she’s at 86%, I could tell she struggled a bit because of “height issues”. I tried everything before letting her use each part, and my husband did, too. I’m so glad we went with Lifetime; I initially considered getting wooden one but I can’t stand splinters and the look after 1-2 yrs. This is definitely sturdy and can hold our weight together (my husband, my toddler, and I). So we’re enjoying it, too!! I hope this would last at least 10 years. This playset is amazing! Even our 14 year old grandson loves playing on it with his siblings! We shortened the swing chain for him and he had so much fun swinging and laughing! This is a very durable and well made product! My husband and I are 65 and thankfully, he is very fit and can handle heavy things! I was like a support person. Some of these parts are very heavy!! At times I wish another man had been here to help him. But he and I got it put together and my grandchildren love the swing under the fort!

Platform to clubhouse came with upside “lifetime sticker attached. Also one of the framing pieces to the clubhouse platform seemed to be a duplicate rather than a opposing side piece. Everything ended up fine but did have to drill my own holes. For the price of the item I thought it was annoying how things were carelessly shipped with wrong piece and upside down “lifetime label”.
