The set arrived in one very large crate. Well packaged, with no damage. The nuts and bolts part of the packaging is particularly well organized and clearly labeled. Extra hardware was included. Instructions are pretty good. Some of the metal round tubes and square tubes can be a bit of a challenge to sort out and identify. Look for the yellow sheets in the instruction book that helps sort it all out. Once assembled the set feels robust and heavy duty. I would recommend anchoring the legs of the swing set if this is used by older kids. Also I will be adding traction strips to the metal ladder rungs. The metal ladder rungs are well painted, but with a high gloss finish so a bit slippery.

Everything is great and the kids love it! Assembly would have been faster if the kids weren't helping and if all the parts were labeled better. You really have to look closely at the assembly instructions and compare parts to make sure you are using the correct one or it is oriented in the correct direction. The hardware parts packages were labeled amazingly. There is a spare parts bag too!

I honestly expected stronger steel tubing for the money. You have to very careful on over tightening the bolts. Quality of bolts was also low as they consistently wanted to strip even when starting by hand. The instructions were the worst as none of the parts were labeled properly. Very time consuming. Fairly solid and looks nice.

The product itself is amazing and my girls (2 and 4) love it along with my kids I babysit from home as well. We held off on the trapeze bar and used our fisher price baby swing and it’s perfect. Reason for the 2 star review was the customer service when we had an issue in assembly. My husband and I were able to put it together in 6-7 hours ourselves with the kids running/jumping on top. When we got to the cargo net, the instructions said to straighten out the net and the diagram in the manual showed it flat/flush against each other so I removed the knots (which was a big no no) but didn’t discover that until we put the net on. The pictures played a huge role in the assembly process as to show which way to turn the items for correct positioning so we relied heavily on them since none of the poles/bars had any sort of marking on them. Throughout the manual it notes when to not tighten hardware too tight and other hints/clues to make the process flawless but it had no note on the knots. I contacted their customer service via email asking for a video or information on the knots to correct it and they stated that they had no such help and only offered to “work with me” on another net after I responded back a little irritated. For the price we pay for these items, they should be a little more helpful in my opinion when it comes to helping with problems as such.

The Swing Set is challenging for a 4 1/2 and 6 1/2 year old. It was what we were looking for, The children will grow into the set. There are so many activities from the two climbing structures, swings, steering wheel and chalk board and many other activities in between. The club house is for the quiet times looking at Pokémon cards or just having a snack.

Shipping was definitely a trick. At first I was frustrated by how slow it seemed for this to arrive. Until it DID arrive and I realized just how big and heavy the crate was that contained all the pieces. This was delivered by a freight truck with a lift gate and the pallet jack was useless. So have a little patience from when you order to when it’s delivered. This thing came in a HUGE crate - if you don’t have a forklift - a really strong pry bar and hammer will help you open the crate so you can unload the boxes separately. Start early in the morning! Open ALL the boxes first. Keep the contents of each box together!! You will jump around from box to box on occasion. The directions were pretty clear but the only thing lacking was what piece was located in what box. We had to dig around a bit to find what we needed, but it was pretty obvious when we found it. You need two or more people and some step stools/free standing ladders to put this thing together. Whatever you do, don’t use a battery operated drill. You’re going to snap more bolts then you have available if you do. And they do give you a few extras. Thank goodness. Put everything together before you tighten all the bolts. Even only hand tightened, it’s very sturdy. The directions were very easy to follow but you are not going to get this put together in a day with only two people. The accessories and finishing touches will be day two. (The ground wasn’t level where we were setting it up, so we had to dig holes and square everything up. So our process took much longer than expected.) With that said - this was the BEST investment I ever made for my two kids, ages 4 & 5. They have this thing mastered and play on it several times a week. There is so much for them to do. It was more than I wanted to spend - but with plywood cost nowadays, this thing cost just as much as something half its size, made out of wood. And it’s going to last forever. My wooden one that it replaced was rotted at the base within a couple of years. This thing will still be standing when my children’s grandchildren are around to play on it. Funny story - We started with the monkey bars and accidentally flipped the Fireman's pole and slide. Operator error, we went back and looked at the directions and it was our mistake, not the manual. By the time we realized it, we were much too far into the installation to correct it and now the footprint was much larger than the space we had available. We ended up putting the other slide over half of the rope climb and used 2 inch plywood to create a rock wall where the slide should’ve gone. It’s certainly not as pretty as it was intended, but it works. My kids LOVE this thing. Our house is play date central because of it. Worth every penny! My only critique is I wish they made a mirror image version for you to choose from. Otherwise, very happy customer.

I ourchased my grandchildren a lifetime playset so they would have years of enjoyment and they have. The trapeze handles over time have cracked and worried us that the kids would pinch there hands when using it. The customer service representative Stephanie was very knowledgeable and helped me with the replacement parts. I couldn't be happier with service and with your company. I'm really glad I bought a quality product with great service backing up their products.

Just got the swing set together that I bought for the grandkids. It is so sturdy and I bet it lasts a lifetime. The kids love it and I can’t keep them off of it. Also, the company is super to work with. The slide has some damage in shipping and I called and was told, “No problem. All we need is the model number and product ID and we will get it to you in a couple of weeks.” Best company and best swing!

Our kids love this swing set! And I love the fact that there is no upkeep! We've had wood playsets in the past that always started looking worn out in a few years. This one looks new years later! We've also had excellent experiences with customer service. We had a bad wind storm blow it over and bend a few poles. We reached out to customer service and they were very helpful at getting us the parts we needed to restore our swing set. Would definitely recommend!!

I bought this swing set for my grand daughters. It has been a big hit. It’s very sturdy and every part of it are high quality. Like everyone else, the marking of the parts would have saved time. Luckily all the nuts and bolts are separated and packaged together for every section of the building process. Very please with the play set and looking forward to many of years watching the kiddos (and myself) enjoy it.
