We bought a plaster for our little guy. The staff came promptly on time and were very quick and thorough in assembling the play set. They made sure it was the the right location of the yard and were very courteous. Anyone looking at getting outdoor play equipment should try lifetime. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very happy with the purchase. Quality seems great. Packaging was good. Seems far superior to wood play sets. This will last years. My only complaint was no paper instructions. I had to use my phone and find them on website. I took me 2.5 days of serious work. I had a second hand for less than half of the time. Which included my mother and my 7 year old daughter. But with a little creativity and engineering we were able to put this together rather fast. Make sure you follow all steps. I had to redo some steps because I missed small details in assembly process. Overall very happy with my purchase

Three adults installed this on a mulched area over 16 hours. The mulch was as level as 9” of mulch can be. Turns out that’s not level enough. The frame is very unforgiving to surfaces that aren’t perfectly level. When attaching the ladder rungs, the cross bar that’s supposed to fit past the A frame, and the rock wall, we had to prop up the legs with boards to jack the frame up for parts to fit. Several times holes did not align for connections. Additionally, we need to wait for replacement screws, because too many of Lifetime’s broke. A huge bummer. The replacement hardware bag was laughably tiny for how much hardware this needs.

Great quality swing set with lots of stuff for the kids to do. I especially like that I can get on the equipment with them. Installation took me about 9 - 10 hours with only a small amount of help from my daughter. I liked how all the hardware to install was individually packed by section in the installation manual. I only had one small issue in that I had one bolt that had damaged threads. I called customer service and they sent a replacement free of charge and it arrived in a few days.

I love this thing as much as my kids do. It's wonderful to put something together that actually works and goes together like you'd expect. A Made in USA product at its finest. No mis-drilled holes, no short pieces, no missing parts- no hassle. Everything goes together so well and secure I couldn't believe it. I am fairly mechanically inclined and work industrial construction with a general contractor for a living so I am pretty proficient at building things and using tools. I was able to put this together myself in about 11 total hours and that includes breaking down and disposing of the crate this monster shipped in. About an hour total unpacking and sorting all the parts for inventory and off I went. With help and warmer weather you could easily get this done on a Saturday. I did manage to snap a bolt by over-tightening. I sent an email through the website and six hours later I've got a few bolts headed my way at no charge. That is great customer service and very much appreciated! I'm going through the catalog now and ready to buy anything made by Lifetime. They've earned my dollars and I will be back for more. Basketball hoop is already on the way and the family is deciding on which kayaks we like the best. Thank you for being a great company Lifetime. I wish there were more like you!

Big Stuff Swing Set. Two of us put it together in one day. Very pleased with the size. Grandkids love it, heck I love going down the slide and swinging too. The slide is great. The grandkids love the ship's wheel that clicks when you turn it. Who knew something so simple would be loved by ALL the kids? I love the size of the fort. So far we are very happy with this set. Time will tell about any rusting.

I love this playground. I was a little nervous with the different additions, however my son loves to spin around, and now he can do it himself. I paid to have lifetime come and install, and glad I did. They had it built in about an hour. Completely worth the money.

Just got the swing set together that I bought for the grandkids. It is so sturdy and I bet it lasts a lifetime. The kids love it and I can’t keep them off of it. Also, the company is super to work with. The slide has some damage in shipping and I called and was told, “No problem. All we need is the model number and product ID and we will get it to you in a couple of weeks.” Best company and best swing!

If you are considering this company for ANYTHING PLEASE LOOK ELSHWHERE AS THEY DONT GIVE A DARN AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! I have been hung up on 4 out of 7 calls I made to them and the missing parts are a whole other story. We forgot to mail them is one excuse I have heard and OH WE ARE SO SORRY voiced after receiving only one of the required parts that didnt get shipped on time. All of this and my set still sets where I started to build it THREE WEEKS AGO BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE ANS SERVICE!!!!!!

Item arrived with a damaged box and some scratches to one pole. Lifetime is sending a paint touch up kit so as to prevent rust but that is backordered. Assembly was a pain but the instructions via the app was helpful. If possible use your own allen wrenches. Once together a solid piece.
