Great play set and worth the money. Horrible directions! Follow the pictures and pay close attention to the details. The little holes facing the proper way, and going in the exact order is very important. Leave all parts in the boxes, don’t lay it all out, it makes it so much easier. Each step of the directions tells you to take this part from this box and that part from that box. Some of the threading screws weren’t machined right and broke, they luckily gave a couple extra. Called customer service and they sent some more too. About 12 hours total with myself and my husband doing it.

The play set is complete and it is good quality and my kids love it. I would give the play set 5 stars for quality but only 1 star for ease of assembly. We had major issues with the manual and lost a ton of time because none of the parts were marked. There are diagrams in the manual that are wrong and some that are just plain confusing. The company needs to do a much better job so that assembly is easier.

Now that the play set is assembled it is wonderful, and we are happy with the purchase. However, the shipping process was less than smooth, and we were missing a box and several large pieces when it did arrive. These were shipped promptly when we notified Lifetime.

Everything is great and the kids love it! Assembly would have been faster if the kids weren't helping and if all the parts were labeled better. You really have to look closely at the assembly instructions and compare parts to make sure you are using the correct one or it is oriented in the correct direction. The hardware parts packages were labeled amazingly. There is a spare parts bag too!

This playset is awesome! My kids love everything about it. My favorite part is how nice it looks in the yard and how minimal the maintenance is - no sanding and re-staining like wood. We've also needed a few pieces of replacement hardware and Lifetime has quickly sent those at no cost to me! Love the quality and the responsiveness of the company.

I lost some pieces while moving my playset. When I contacted lifetime they were great to get me replacements sent out. After I got my confirmation order email I misread it and thought some parts had not been ordered. I contacted them back again and the customer service rep was very patient with me in looking through the order again to make sure the parts I needed were there. Thank you lifetime!

My husband spent 2 full days putting this together. It went together pretty easily, with a few small issues. Couldn't find the directions so called customer service, they were very nice. Eventually found them in the box with the roof panels which are the last thing to do. Kids love it! The space between the edge of the platform and the climbing wall was a little nerve wracking for us with a 3.5 and 1.5 year old, but it's hard to see that in pics.

I bought a play ground set for my grandchildren from this company and they love it. The propeller swing broke and the company sent a brand new propeller swing. This company stands by the warranty and are very helpful. I would recommend this company’s merchandise anytime thank you.

Our church purchased this for the children. It is sturdy and well built. It handles kids from elementary to junior high with ease. We only had one issue putting it together when we sheared several bolts. The customer service was excellent and they shipped us extra bolts as soon as we called.

I bought a replacement Cargo net, and a team of very friendly installers came and put my new net on for me. They worked fast and were very accommodating! I was very impressed with how friendly they were. The young lady who handled by order was also very kind and made me feel like she truly cared about helping me get me 9 year old swing set in perfect order. Lifetime is a great company!
