Everything is great and the kids love it! Assembly would have been faster if the kids weren't helping and if all the parts were labeled better. You really have to look closely at the assembly instructions and compare parts to make sure you are using the correct one or it is oriented in the correct direction. The hardware parts packages were labeled amazingly. There is a spare parts bag too!

I bought a replacement Cargo net, and a team of very friendly installers came and put my new net on for me. They worked fast and were very accommodating! I was very impressed with how friendly they were. The young lady who handled by order was also very kind and made me feel like she truly cared about helping me get me 9 year old swing set in perfect order. Lifetime is a great company!

We purchased the swing for our children for Christmas this year. My husband and I assemble the swing set in one day. The instructions were fairly easy to follow. We did have to go back a couple times take a few pieces off and redo a couple things. The only thing I’m a little disappointed in is the steps going up to the Playhouse. There is only 4 thin metal rods going across for steps. For little kids or in wet rainy weather I can see this might be a hazard. Other than that the swingset is very sturdy and very beautiful I believe our children will have a swingset for many years to come.

So glad my wife found this swingset that is not wooden. All we see is worn down gray wooden sets around and this one should last. I was shocked with the quality. I put this together myself with the help of my 7 and 4 year old boys holding a few things and getting screws. Every weld and every hole alignment was perfect. I do recommend 2 adults for assembly - I could have saved probably an hour throughout just having somebody hold and press some of the plastic caps for the holes to align and me to get a nut on. However I was able to basically do the whole thing myself in about 11-13 hours over 4 days. While building, I ended up spending a lot of time playing with the kids as we finished each component. There is a BILT app I downloaded that has 3D panoramic instructions that read you the directions over and over again. It would’ve been significantly more difficult with just the paper instructions. That app is a must. It allows you to pan and zoom into even the holes for each screw. The set is sturdy. Our family of 5 sit in the fort area up top. The main pipes are very rigid and I do the monkey bars at 180 pounds and it almost feels like a commercial playground. It also looks and feels like a quality paint. There are no sharp edges on the welds or anything like that. One roof support was bent at the very end and a bolt wouldn’t go through. I was able to bend it with pliers and a vice and drill the hole a bit bigger with a drill bit. Otherwise it was flawless. Protip: directions and most hardware are in box 6 of 6. Download the app and watch that quick before install. It’s the first thing the boys run to over a month in. Couldn’t be happier with this set. We checked all out boxes (slide (2), fort, monkey bars, rock wall) and still paid less than the popular cedar swingsets available around here. Called in and got 5% discount. Last thing, I’m thrilled we don’t have to spend a weekend each summer staining this thing every year.

My husband spent 2 full days putting this together. It went together pretty easily, with a few small issues. Couldn't find the directions so called customer service, they were very nice. Eventually found them in the box with the roof panels which are the last thing to do. Kids love it! The space between the edge of the platform and the climbing wall was a little nerve wracking for us with a 3.5 and 1.5 year old, but it's hard to see that in pics.

This swingset is really solid and seems extremely well made. If you have never put anything large together with lots of parts i don’t recommend starting with this. This thing will last as long as our son wants to play on it. I m happy with our purchase.

We're so happy with this purchase. First off, the delivery ended up being amazing. It was backordered and a little delayed, but ABF Freight actually carried the boxes inside our fence and placed them where we wanted to set it up. That was a nice perk. It did take my husband a while to build it (pretty much all of a Saturday), but he was able to do it alone except for me holding or moving the A frame a couple times. He said the instructions could be clearer, but that it was "built like a tank." We were both impressed with how sturdy it seems... Hopefully it will last a long time! So far our kids are just obsessed with the swings and climb the ladder or rope ladder, but as they get older they'll probably get more into the slide and climbing wall. It’s a great swingset my children (4) and (2) absolutely adore. The red wall piece on the play house was not very heavily attached and broke off repeatedly. My husband had to go get really long screws that kind of stick out like a sore thumb with the rest of the set but it has secured it from flopping in the wind thus far. That is my only complaint. I demanded that they have a slide, swings, and monkey bars. This is one of the only ones that offers all three and doesn’t need the maintenance that wood requires.

Three adults installed this on a mulched area over 16 hours. The mulch was as level as 9” of mulch can be. Turns out that’s not level enough. The frame is very unforgiving to surfaces that aren’t perfectly level. When attaching the ladder rungs, the cross bar that’s supposed to fit past the A frame, and the rock wall, we had to prop up the legs with boards to jack the frame up for parts to fit. Several times holes did not align for connections. Additionally, we need to wait for replacement screws, because too many of Lifetime’s broke. A huge bummer. The replacement hardware bag was laughably tiny for how much hardware this needs.

It took my son and daughter (both engineers) about 9 hours to construct this in my yard for my grandsons. Definitely a job for two or more. My 3 yr old and 6 yr old grandsons love it! As one said, "So you got this so we wouldn't get bored when we come to your house!" I didn't think that was a problem, but I appreciated his candor! The 3 yr old is able to climb the rope, the ladder, and the wall. It's only been up for about 2 months, but so far we've had no complaints. I'm really glad I made this purchase!
