[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To vacuum the floor and also I use it to reach high difficult places by using the detachable hose and attaching one of the item which was included with the purchase. The vacuum is easy to use and I really enjoy how it picks up dust and dirt. Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to replace an older model Bissell that I had loved but was no longer working well. I was amazed at how powerful and lightweight this vacuum is. It was easy to use and the suction was incredible. Far superior to the older one it replaced. Highly recommend. #sweepstakes

It did fine removing recent spills that are a day or two old but any stains or dirt longer than that will not come off. We redid a room renovation but decided not to change the carpet which looked fine aside from a mark from my daughter's bed the ProHeat did nothing for that mark. My daughter used the machine she said it was easy to use, but cleaning the machine was impossible. The tank cleaned fine but the front part where the nasty gunk gets sucked up could not be cleaned which leaves bacteria to grow in the machine. I wouldn't recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was amazed!!! I just vacuumed with my previous (Shark) vacuum 4 days prior. My new Bissell vacuum picked up so much dust and dirt. My area rugs actually felt cleaner on my bare feet. I thought I was cleaning my house pretty well, and it turns out, it wasn't really clean! I love my new Bissell!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first day we used it our new 3534 picked up so much cat hair and crud the mor=tor got hot before I realized the tank was already over-full. This was right behind where our Hoover had been. We love the fact there are NO bags and how easy it is to empty the container. Love the rewind feature. Negative things? So far zero.

This is a great small carpet shampooer. I love the attachments and all the extra chemicals that are included in this package. It's very easy to use, does a good job of cleaning, and the carpet dries fairly quickly. I would like for it to be a little bit lighter weight and for it to be easier to clean.

I previously owned a different brand carpet cleaner. After about 2 years the motor started making noise so I decided to replace it with this Bissell. The Bissell was easy to put together and even easier to use. It is quick, picks up a lot or dirt and is easy to clean. Drying time is not unreasonable. While I've only used it in 2 rooms so far, it is more than just a pet/spot cleaner. Although it does have an express setting for spots, It cleans large areas. I already bought a 2nd one for my son's house. I highly recommend it.

I have not used this product extensively yet but so far am pleased. We previously owned and used a home version of a popular commercial cleaning machine and while it worked well, it was extremely bulky, heavy, and not easy to maneuver. This machine is light and much easier to get around. It was very easy to assemble. The solution tank and dirty water tank are simple to remove and fill or empty respectively. As I saw in another review, it really gathered the animal fur which made me question the job my vacuum is doing. I expect this to get a lot of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cleaned our home thoroughly And the next day our new Bissell arrived som.the next-day I used The New Bissell and we couldn't believe the canister was over half full. It is heavier than I thought but will get used to it, perhaps just not try to clean entire house at once.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are pros and cons to t his vacuum cleaner. Pros-its lightweight and easy to manuever. Cons, the cord does not retract as the video indicates, I have to manually get it started. Also, the cord is not very long and if you go to far, it pops out of the wall socket, and lastly, the extension wand does not reach even a full flight of stairs. I am disappointed with this purchase.
