[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using an old bissel with similar specs and never knew it wasn't getting my carpets 100% clean until it went out, I bought this one & used it once on my floors. *mindblown* My kids leave messes just from daily life & now I LOVE whipping this bad boy out & going over the floors real quick. Very lightweight, didn't realize how much my old vacuum hurt my wrist when doing a larger room! One thing (of many good things) that changed from my old model to this one, is that the canister is press-released to empty instead of just tipping over like a stale pitcher of beer & banging the edge against the side of the trash can to get all the dust & debris out (do you also do this, or are you normal? LOL) SO HAPPY WITH THE COLOR (blue teal option) and the wand is so useful by being integrated into the body of the vacuum bcs now I don't even reach for my Frigidaire ionic hand vacuum for those crevices and small edges that the vacuum body just can't reach. Also much quieter than my last one, which literally scared my kids to use!

Excellent quality. I was very surprised with how well this cleaned our carpets. We have 3 dogs and even with vacuuming before using this machine, it still got up so much hair off the carpet along with the dirt. The only thing I wish it had was bigger water/waste water capacity. I had to change and dump it quite often.

Best carpet cleaner we have owned so far. It comes with a thin plastic hook to clean the hair out of the suction, which is always a problem, even though we vacuum first. To get five stars, the plastic housing up front would need to open up for even easier cleaning.

I have loved this one and found out that you can push the pedal down again after it is down and it will go down a few more inches to get under objects like beds better. Great product so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like our new vacuum, our last Bissell was still in good working order but we could buy parts for it anymore. Could have something to do with it being almost 18 years old. I'm sure our new one will give us a long time of service. Plus we can reach our 8 ft ceilings with the wand without standing on a chair or step ladder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To vacuum the floor and also I use it to reach high difficult places by using the detachable hose and attaching one of the item which was included with the purchase. The vacuum is easy to use and I really enjoy how it picks up dust and dirt. Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was amazed!!! I just vacuumed with my previous (Shark) vacuum 4 days prior. My new Bissell vacuum picked up so much dust and dirt. My area rugs actually felt cleaner on my bare feet. I thought I was cleaning my house pretty well, and it turns out, it wasn't really clean! I love my new Bissell!

This works well HOWEVER, the dirty water container only gets halfway full before it stops the suction requiring you to empty the dirty water container, which happens about every two minutes of cleaning. This would be ok for small areas but to clean an entire house would be maddening.
