Love this little carpet cleaner! I had not cleaned a carpet that was installed new 4 years ago. There was definite foot traffic dirt in some areas. Those areas took about 12 passes until the discard water didn't look like coffee, but what a difference in the carpet! It looked and smelled new! After about 10 passes it's time to empty the discard water, and 20 passes empties the clean water so there's a lot of back and forth to the sink, but for the convenience of taking my time and not rushing to return a rental back to the store, this inconvenience is totally worth the price. The included tool really helps to clean the suction areas and the brush areas. The included upholstery tool does a great job as well - I used it to clean the seats of some chairs purchased at a yard sale. It erased years of hidden dirt. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend.

I have 2 bissell vacs. These r not my 1st bissells. Both worked fine till I removed the builders grade carpet an replaced w upgrade. Now neither will move easily to vacuum no matter which setting I have it set on. The carpet is thick top of the line carpet. I never dreamed vacs would not work. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did u solve the problem.

don't over use the machine 20 minutes' and let it rest - vacuum before using - this is not a vacuum

It works great only downside is the tanks are a little small

We love our new Bissell Upright Vacuum. This is our first purchase from Bissell, and we are highly satisfied with its performance. Immediately upon bringing this vacuum home, we noticed that there is much, much more suction with this vacuum than any other brand name vacuum we have used previously. The entire house carpets look like brand new because the suction of this vacuum really is powerful. This vacuum is not too heavy to push which makes it ideal for those of us, like me, that are small build. I only wish that the dirt collection canister was a little larger. I highly recommend this wonderful vacuum be added to your household cleaning arsenal of equipment. Most importantly, this product is more than worth the price from Bissell.

Excellent piece of small equipment. Definitely does the job. I would put this machine agead of other's.

Awesome , works very well, suction is great. Takes away odor. Lifted cat urine that we couldnt remove and removed smell! Highly recommend.

My old Bissell finally stopped working. So I purchased another one. It is even better than the first I had purchased over a years ago

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two cats and this vacuum is quiet and doesn't scare them. It is doing a wonderful job with picking up the fur.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used mine on the kitchen floor and carpet. The crevice and brush tools are what I needed. It's easy to empty the canister.
