I previously have purchased Bissell shampooers and loved the feature that heats up the water. There were other features I didn't like. I hesitated buying this one, but after reading reviews and seeing it was on sale, I purchased. I have only used it once, but what I like is that it is lightweight and easy to take from basement storage. I like the ease of where the water is filled as well as adding the cleaner. The included bag makes it nice to store the hose, and all the cleaning products. The living room rug dried quickly. Although I knew this machine targets customers who have pets, I still wanted it. My only wonderment is how easy it is to clean the brush head!!!!

don't over use the machine 20 minutes' and let it rest - vacuum before using - this is not a vacuum

It works great only downside is the tanks are a little small

Awesome , works very well, suction is great. Takes away odor. Lifted cat urine that we couldnt remove and removed smell! Highly recommend.

We recently got a puppy, and I am so glad I invested in a carpet cleaner. As much as I stay on top of him, he still has accidents. My carpets look amazing. I love Bissell products.
