So, after looking through ever brand, make and model. I decided to go with this one and I'm so happy I did. It cleans so well. I have two teenage boys, 2 dogs and 2 cats. We have a mess at our house everyday it seems like. This really sucks to get all the gross nasty messes up. My carpets look better then they have ever looked with any other shampooer. If you wanting something with great cleaning power this would be it. You can't beat the price either.

This little machine is quite impressive. It seems so lightweight that I was doubtful it would do much. I was wrong. I had just vacuumed the night before it came, however, this vac pulled more dirt and dog hair up! It was great and slightly alarming that my prior vac has not been working as it should. Things I love: 1. it is super effective 2. retractable power cord (no more cord winding) 3. All attachments are on the vac itself making it super easy to use 4. Very easy to empty the canister 5. The whole machine is very easy to use, including the detachable hose Overall, even if I had not received this as part of a trial to review it. I would have happily purchased it. I have tested every aspect of it, and nothing has disappointed me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a three-level home. Two floors are carpeted with tiled bathrooms. The main floor is all wood laminate. We have used this vacuum on all surfaces and have been impressed. Some vacuums we have used in the past will spit debris out the back end, not effectively cleaning the space. This vacuum picks it all up on the first pass. Additionally, the suction is GREAT. We used our previous vacuum and then this one a few days later and were shocked at how much it picked up from the carpet! The pictures attached show the before and after. The vacuum is lightweight and the cord allows us to reach most areas without unplugging it a lot of times.

It comes mostly assembled in the box and what assembly needs to be done is super easy. It has several attachments to be used in corners and on furniture. My favorite is the turbo brush. I used it on my couch and recliner and it got everything. The vacuum is light weight, which makes moving around and going up steps a breeze. The extended arm helps to reach those hard to reach areas up above, such as draperies or ceiling fans. I absolutely love this vacuum and I highly recommend it for anyone who has a pet. Or messy kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cleanview Rewind Upright vacuum by Bissell is a great, affordable option. The vacuum features an automatic rewind button, where the cord is wrapped up, with the touch of a button. The cannister is very easy to dump and the suction is great. There are different settings for all floor types and you do have to play around with the settings to see what works best. This does not feel like a luxury product, when pushing buttons, reclining, or changing floor settings. This is not important to me, especially for the price. But that is why I did not give a 5 star rating. I received this item in exchange for an honest review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 4 dogs and 2 cats and live on a farm. we have dirt and hair everywhere. The static in our house is crazy and Our previous Vacuum never really got the hair up.after using vacuum which I got as a trial product, I was disgusted at the amount of dirt and hair that was apparently lurking in our carpet and floor and stairs. I emptied the container 3 times! The vacuum Is super light and has amazing suction. The only 2 things I didn't like was that it didn't come with instructions and the small vacuum head that attaches to the hose does not have a hinge or pivot point, which would have made vacuuming the stairs easier. I also wish the skinny nose attachment was longer. It has several height adjustments for the carpet thickness which is great.

Have been using this for the last month to replace our use of the Rug Doctor - we would rent one of those every few months for our homes to clean rugs and couches and this has been a much better investment so far. Comes with warranty as well which helps to alleviate any concerns if there are issues down the road. It's super gross to see how much dirt you have in your rugs, couches, and other fabrics but super satisfying to see how much dirt this carpet cleaner can get out. The attachments for the vacuum for upholstery work great as well. Super happy and already made our money back since we don't rent the Rug Doctors anymore.

My last bissel lcarpet shampooer was not used that much and then the motor went out. I was skeptical about buying another bissell. This one has been everything that I could want in a carpet shampooer. I like to clean it after I am done and this one allows you to get all the gunk out of the tank and out from the bottom to be able to store it clean. I love it! Great job Bissell.

Tired of my Dyson Animal Ball 2 Total Clean units failing (4th in 5yrs) and while waiting for this last warranty repair, I bought an inexpensive Bissell to hold us over. Outperforms the Dyson. See pictures. 1st set was one room cleaning with the Dyson first and then immediately after with the Bissell. Bissell picked up just as much on the second pass. 2nd was an area rug with the Bissell first and then immediately after with the Dyson which didn't pick up any additional dirt. Also, the Bissell brush bar has yet to get any hair/pet fur stuck in it for the three times I have cleaned the house. Telling... I would detangle the Dyson after every use; sometimes after 1-2 rooms. Expect that I'll be much happier using the Bissell going forward.

This is a great machine, but if you put water that is too hot, it will damage the water solution reservoir and make it unusable. That's what happened when my son used it.
