Bought back in November ($180), finally tried it out in January. We have been trying to keep to the bissell family so that we only have to buy that brand of cleaning solution so I jumped at the carpet cleaner to go along with my green machine and hardwood floor cleaner. Unfortunately, this carpet cleaner does not come apart the same way that my floor cleaner does - the clear pieces at the front of the machine do not disassemble to be able to get all the pet hair so it sits in there and smells. They give you a small plastic piece to try to get at it, but its not enough. Planning to return.

Absolute trash! Stopped dispensing fluid on third use. Barely used and already needs service! Besides that I don't think I ever seen a flimsier construction ever in a vacuum. The very cheap plastic bends and flexes like crazy. I do not recommend this, and after this experience I won't ever be purchasing from Bissell again.

I followed the directions to a "T". It kept spitting out grey matter. It is heavy and goes through the shampoo product and leaves large deposits of water. I prayed the carpet would dry. I felt that this was a returned machine from a former purchase of a different customer. The grey deposits all over my cream/beige carpet was unbelievable. I want to return it.

Leaks water when using attachments. Cleaning solution tank also leaks intermittently while stored if any liquid is left.

If you're a mom with severe OCD like myself then I HIGHLY recommend this vacuum for you!! I have bought almost EVERY vacuum that there is & this one is the best by far!!
