[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a three-level home. Two floors are carpeted with tiled bathrooms. The main floor is all wood laminate. We have used this vacuum on all surfaces and have been impressed. Some vacuums we have used in the past will spit debris out the back end, not effectively cleaning the space. This vacuum picks it all up on the first pass. Additionally, the suction is GREAT. We used our previous vacuum and then this one a few days later and were shocked at how much it picked up from the carpet! The pictures attached show the before and after. The vacuum is lightweight and the cord allows us to reach most areas without unplugging it a lot of times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cleanview Rewind Upright vacuum by Bissell is a great, affordable option. The vacuum features an automatic rewind button, where the cord is wrapped up, with the touch of a button. The cannister is very easy to dump and the suction is great. There are different settings for all floor types and you do have to play around with the settings to see what works best. This does not feel like a luxury product, when pushing buttons, reclining, or changing floor settings. This is not important to me, especially for the price. But that is why I did not give a 5 star rating. I received this item in exchange for an honest review.

I've owned a Dyson and currently own a shark and I have to say, the strength of sucking is somewhat comparable which is great given the price! I also love the retractable cord. It's so easy to use! It's lightweight and moves pretty well. I also have two dogs and a car and it did pick up all the animal hair with ease. With that being said, the front is quite clunky and seems a little cheaply built. I also am not fond of how you have to bend all the way over to adjust the settings of the rolling brush. I have hardwood floors with rugs and every time I had to transition, I had to bend over to select hardwood/high pile carpet which was a bit of an annoyance. First world problems I guess lol. All in all, I do feel like it's a good product for the price

Tired of my Dyson Animal Ball 2 Total Clean units failing (4th in 5yrs) and while waiting for this last warranty repair, I bought an inexpensive Bissell to hold us over. Outperforms the Dyson. See pictures. 1st set was one room cleaning with the Dyson first and then immediately after with the Bissell. Bissell picked up just as much on the second pass. 2nd was an area rug with the Bissell first and then immediately after with the Dyson which didn't pick up any additional dirt. Also, the Bissell brush bar has yet to get any hair/pet fur stuck in it for the three times I have cleaned the house. Telling... I would detangle the Dyson after every use; sometimes after 1-2 rooms. Expect that I'll be much happier using the Bissell going forward.

This is a great machine, but if you put water that is too hot, it will damage the water solution reservoir and make it unusable. That's what happened when my son used it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this item for free to review. This is a great vacuum for the price point. The suction is almost too good. I had to have the carpet setting on the highest level even on my regular carpet that's not very thick. I do wish the surface changer was at the top near the handle. I love the automatic rewind cord. The cord is a little shorter than my other vacuum but not terribly short either. Very easy to empty and clean the filter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For several years, I owned a Dyson ball vacuum. It had great pickup power and I liked that it did not need bags. However, it was very heavy. It was difficult to haul to our upstairs to us, and difficult to walk it back down the stairs due to its weight. When using the clean view I didn't think it would outperform my Dyson with how light it was I thought there was no way a powerful motor could be housed in this light thing. Boy was I wrong! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really surprised at how well this worked actually. I own a Shark vacuum and I love it, but this Bissell did VERY well! Just as good really. I really like that my Bissell has a plastic washable filter as well instead of two fabric ones. So it dries faster. This thing picked up soooo much cat/dog hair that apparently my Shark completely missed lol Works great on hard surfaces too. We have hard flooring in most of high walking areas with some rugs and It cleans those floors as well without just throwing the dirt behind you if you know what I mean with certain vacuums.

This product sucks you can't get into the bottom of the shampooer without force. Once you get it off you have to remove 3 screws which are about impossible its a joke trying to contact the customer care. I couldn't understand the first rep Anderson and when I asked for someone who speak the idiot hung up on me. Called back and asked for supervisor who tried to help me but finally told me I need a more expensive model. This will be returned to Sam's pitiful
