The Bissell Pro Heat Carpet Cleaner is easy to assemble and cleans well. We have 3 cats, so it definitely was tested. As with any device, the only downside is figuring out where to store it between uses.

This vacuum picks up pet hair so well. I like the turbo brush tool, very helpful. Overall this vacuum is wonderful. A couple things to keep in mind, it's very loud, it does not have a light and the cord is on the shorter side.
