Bought this at SAMS due to the great price. I have used it once and it seems to really clean. The only down side is that the water extraction isn't as strong as it needs to be. Carpet was wet for many hours following cleaning.

Love everything about it except the dirty water tank doesn't fill very much before needing to be emptied. It cleans fantastic! Not too heavy to push around and easy to clean it when finished.
