Bought this at SAMS due to the great price. I have used it once and it seems to really clean. The only down side is that the water extraction isn't as strong as it needs to be. Carpet was wet for many hours following cleaning.

I haven't had the chance to use the rug cleaner but looking at it, it looks like it is build solid. I will update my review this weekend when I use it to clean the rug in my office.

I have a dog that, on rainy days, prefers the "inside grass." Very happy with the results of this cleaner: powerful suction. Easy to use, clean, and stow. Carpet looks and smells clean after use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this vacuum cleaner! That seems a little overly enthusiastic, but I have 2 dogs and am amazed at how well it handles the pet hair.
