I love this gazebo. It's very sturdy and I'm hoping it weathers well over time. It's a very nice looking product. It is a lot of work to put together.

I may be able to revise this review if I can ever get it assembled. I honestly don't know anything about the actual product yet. I received my 5 boxes a month ago. The original assembly was scheduled for 2 weeks ago and nobody showed up or contacted me to let me know until I called them to findout where they were. The same thing happened again today and again, nobody reached out to me. I have taken off of work twice now to be at home for assembly and they have not showed either time and nobody can tell me anything. I paid $800.00 to get this thing assembled. I've had it over a month and it's still in the boxes and I have no idea when I'm going to get it assembled. So much for enjoying it this summer. Worst experience I've ever had buying something like this online.

We bought this to cover a patio area. It looks great. Living in a windy area we liked the fact it could withstand 100 mph wind. Installation was paid for because we are older and could not do it ourselves. The company and workman were great and had it up in less than 4 hours. The only issue that came up was an extra charge of $150 for placing the screws in the ground. If I had known this it would not have been a problem but nothing told me about the extra charge . It is very nice and well priced.

We've had our gazebo for just over a month and we are loving it. I will say, it will take a couple days to assemble. The more help you have, the better! Pay close attention to the assembly instructions in addition to the animations on the BILT app- it will save you a lot of time and give you peace of mind that everything is installed exactly as it should be. Looking forward to summer months by the pool with our new gazebo.

Structure itself is great but instructions to put together are marginal at best, confusing at worse. You tube has videos and i would suggest people use that instead. Took 2 days to put together and this is with 3 people that have done plenty of these. You will need 3 or more for the roof.

  I bought this Gazebo about a month ago,  and I must say that I finally was able to enjoy my Gazebo today. That's correct, today.  I really enjoy the quality of the Gazebo, however, I am very frustrated with the third party (GoConfigure) assembly services. Initially, GoConfigure sent two staff to build it. One member of the team was very punctual, meticulous in building their portion of the project. The other members were not efficient in their techniques. The team took two days to build it. Also, I provided specific instructions on the exact placement of my Gazebo. They placed the Gazebo in another spot. One half of the rooftop seemed to be loose as well as several brackets were missing. I found a bracket in the grass. Perhaps, it was left there because they were working very late into the night. One of the legs protrude outward and was not standing straight up. The electrical box was not assembled. Screws for the anchor and other screws were missing as well. Lastly, the staff informed me that they charged extra to include the anchor in place. Although I was promised that they would return on a third day, I never heard back at all. I reached out to their project manager, Phil on several occasions. He informed me that he was very busy and would call me back but he did not. I called their dispatcher, Brittany, with KCT, contracted with GoConfigure, and she informed me that they would come to my  home to fix the problem. They did not show up or call. Although I paid for assembly, the project was not completed. I am very displeased and urge anyone to not agree to get their Gazebo assembled through GoConfigure, you've been warned.   

We had a nice pergola from the same company, but when we saw this gazebo at Sam's Club, we decided we would like the roof and shade. So far it has been great to sit out even in a gentle rain. We get more frequent hummingbirds and other birds as well. The directions and BILT app are very good. My Wife, Grandson and I built most all of it and just had help raising the roof panels. No parts were missing or defective. I added some LED lights and a ceiling fan making our deck a very inviting place to be.

My gazebo looks great. It’s definitely worthy every penny. However, I purchased the assembly package through Go Configure. First off, my package was dropped off in the middle of my drive way in the pouring rain. Second, the contractors didn’t show up for my first or second scheduled appointment. The go configure customer service team is awful. Finally the contractors/techs showed up. They were very nice. It took them two separate days to build it. They didn’t finish the last few steps of installing the rain guards or taking the plastic off the roof. Also, it’s sitting a bit slanted. It is such a heavy structure that I can’t straighten it out myself. I received a call from Go Configure saying it wasn’t assembled correctly and they need to come back. The overall service from Go Configure has been a disaster. I deserve some type of refund or credit towards sams club.

I bought this gazebo at my local club and was surprised at the weight of the boxes when i moved them to my backyard. However, once I began to unpack them, I realized that the weight was directly related to the quality of the materials within. The Kit and the instructions are incredibly detailed. and easy to follow. Yes there are a lot pieces and a lot of hardware. More impressive is that this kit includes tools, like clamps, driver bits, screw sets etc. Was pleasantly surprised that nearly everything you need is included. You do need your own drill, driver and skill saw but overall I was impressed. The construction took a day and 1/2 with myself and friend and for the roof a third person is definitely a plus. The instructions say it too, but let me re-state. wear gloves when handling the metal roof sheets. They are sharp... Overall I could not be happier with the results. My friends, family and neighbors are all impressed.

Shipping was fast and the shipping company put all five boxes in my garage for me. My son, my grandson who is 14 and myself 66 put it together in about 2days of work. After we inventoried everything it went together easily. The first day we got the frame up, and asmbled the 2 large roof sections. The next day we put the 2 small roof sections together and installed the 4 sections and did the finish trim work. Everything you need comes in the boxes, I mean everything if you drop a screw there are extra thats not a problem. I used a battery powered screw gun and a 3/8 impact and thst made it real easy. My brother stopped by on the first day and gave us a hand and my other son stopped by on the second and gave us a hand doing the finish work.
