Received a 12x10 barrington gazebo a Month ago going together really well had one board that was damaged during shipping but was replaced in a timely manner. Still putting it together between the afternoon storms here. Very good instructions on how to assemble and going together perfectly. I sealed every board before starting to assemble. It's just my wife and I assembling the gazebo and we are handling it very well. All you need is a vague ability to put an erector set together. Great product

The build took longer than expected and its more like a 3 to 4 person job for the difficult steps but it was worth it! We added stain and glad we did. It made it stand out more.

Bought this a month and a half ago agga absolutely love it. She had a 40th birthday party. Everybody loved it and I'm sure they'll be going to your website ordering the same thing.

we bought it and had it built by myself, my 2 boys and my neighbor whom i helped build his a few years ago. we are very happy with the product and it gives us shade on our lower deck where it was built.

I bought this last year along with the $799.00 assembly option. After 5 no-show appointments by the 3 party builders. I decided that enough was enough. I told Sams I wanted to return the idem. They arranged for pickup and refunded all my money including the $300.00 freight and $799.00 build money. I bought it again in February 2025 and assembled it with the help of some neighbors. It turned out better than expected. I am very pleased with the quality, the way it went together and especially the way it looks.

It was challenging to put together. I’m good with tools and assembly and it took me 2 1/2 days. You will need 3 people on a couple steps and watch the tin roof! We have to get 6 stitches due to ankle brushing against it. Once together it is very nice and sturdy. Happy with the results.

This thing is absolutely horrible. I've worked construction in years past and I'm very handy with diy projects. That being said, the quality of this gazebo is seriously lacking. Wood is warped, I tried to line things up even with wood clamps but the holes just don't line up either. Instructions are horrible, for example page 52 doesn't say anything about drilling but how else would you get the ridge cap channel secured with the wood grip screws. That's just one example but there are several. Trying to decide if I want to figure out how to finish it or send it back. I would strongly recommend NOT buying this, UNTIL BACKYARD DISCOVERY WORKS OUT THE KINKS.

We've had our gazebo for just over a month and we are loving it. I will say, it will take a couple days to assemble. The more help you have, the better! Pay close attention to the assembly instructions in addition to the animations on the BILT app- it will save you a lot of time and give you peace of mind that everything is installed exactly as it should be. Looking forward to summer months by the pool with our new gazebo.

This review is not on the product but the ordering method. Don't purchase this item online and let them charge you $300 shipping. The actual item# in the store is 990055566.If you search that number on their online website, it'll bring up the same product but with item# 990283542, which states its not available for pick up but shipping only...BAM $300. Check with store associate to see if they actually have them in stock under item# 990055566. I got sucked into this but luckily caught it when I went to pick up some patio furniture, which they had in stock, and got to taking to an associate and she showed me that they had them. I'm in the process of cancelling the online order and once i get my refund, I plan on going to the store and purchasing it directly.

Very disappointed in this product. All of the boards that go around the outside bottom of the roof are crooked. The metal roof does not line up with the edge of the boards and hangs over more one end than the other and the metal trim around top edge looks warped out of the box. I spent extra to have an assembly company assemble it for us, so I'm out that extra money for nothing, really. For almost $3000 I should have just had one built from scratch and paid a little more to have it done.
