It came in five boxes complete with all hardware and special tools with great printed instructions. Also, there are 3-D instructions on the Internet, which were very easy to follow. If done by step-by-step assembly is fairly easy and putting the roof panels on you do need three people I called, the factory once to clarify an instruction very helpful people cleared up the question I had. I would recommend This pergola to anyone with some assembly skills. Very satisfied with it.

Great quality, looks awesome. We only had 2 people to build it, it took us about 18 hrs total over 2 days. Use the BILT app, it gave perfect instructions.

We really love this thing. It has only been together a week so far but we have spent every night outside sitting under it. The wood smells so good.

The gazebo was well built and instructions were easy to follow for a build this big. Plenty of extra hardware. The predrilled holes were exact. It takes three asults to assembled snd lift the pieces into place.

Great Gazebo, and went together great. I had a couple damaged pieces from shipment, and called customer service, got someone I could understand, and she had my replacement parts shipped out same day no questions asked. Very impressed and will recommend backyard discovery to anyone i know looking for a Gazebo!

Heavy and sturdy, it won't go anywhere when installed correctly. Looks great on my patio. Some negatives. The roof panels are very heavy to raise. It takes 3 strong guys to get the long ones up. The seam cover between the panels will leak. The design is not totally waterproof. The gap is just covered with a thin seal that doesn't extend far enough to ensure rain doesn't migrate to the gap and drip. Don't put a TV in the gable between the panels. Make sure you put electronics under the flat of the panels. Use Red Devils to secure this to your concrete. Do not use the included anchors.

The gazebo looks great in pictures but I can't tell what it looks like built. We received the gazebo a month ago and paid for the build since we don't have time. The company arrived and advised there were several broken pieces so they ordered the replacement parts. We scheduled the installation once the parts arrived. The day they came out to build the gazebo I was notified the roof piece was broken as well. Now here we are waiting for the replacement part to continue the build. Not sure how you are supposed to get it all done when so many pieces are damaged.

Very disappointed, I can’t believe I gave in and finally purchased it just to find that half way through the build the rest of the boards are warped. We were so excited to use it this summer but now we are contemplating taking it back down to return.
