Received this great portable a/c unit as a promotional item . Best one yet. Easy instructions, quick set up. Immediately started cooling the spare room. Also having the stone wheels on the bottom makes it easier to move around. Really out performs any window unit we ever purchased.

Destroyed our floor. There are 2 drain sites to allow the unit to drain humidity, especially while heating. We even had a tank behind the unit with the drain tube. When full it will down cycle, drain and restart itself. This unit was NOT properly assembled. This unit leaked out the bottom and destroyed our laminate floors. Not to mention the open exhaust to the window constantly allows cold air into the home. So Upset.

Received this from a promotion and couldn’t be more satisfied! Shipped with no issues and packed very organized. From taking it out of the box to operating took no more than 30 minutes. Definitely recommend following the instructions as it comes with parts for multiple style windows. Came with plenty of foam seals which has been an issue with other units requiring another trip to the hardware store. Easy to operate with multiple settings and easy to work remote. Tested in our kitchen for 90 degree days and found it even cooled the living space easily as well. Tested the vent with a thermometer and at its lowest setting of 60 degrees the thermometer read 48 degrees. Excited to try the dehumidifier setting with the AC when trying to keep produce fresh in the kitchen! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Open box/Used product. They try to make it look new with their tape, but there is a reason why it is cheap on here. They likely just repackage items sent back just as if it was new. Unfortunately they didn’t pay enough attention to the sticky residue from the foam that was previously used on the vent hose connector.

Cools the bedroom down nicely and is very quiet at night for sleeping.

Amazing A/C cools a large room with ease. Auto mode works better than any other portable A/C I’ve owned. Powerful cooling. One downside is it’s heavy but works perfectly.

This has been one of the best decisions for our house , a game changer for this Texas humidity and heat . Call me crazy but I even turned off our central ac unit off and just purchased 2 additional ones .Our light bills usually run between $400- $700 between this heat .We have never had an under $300 bill in 10 years living in this house. Our first bill with this running on it own was $220, so we went ahead and purchased more with all the money we are saving .Our house temperature is usually at 65 to keep our whole house at a good temperature level .Bonus is all controlled on my phone . Plus, it has a heater as well. I have convinced other people of this purchase that they are doing the switch .I know it sounds crazy when you have a central ac ,but if you don't feel a difference with temperature in your house and a difference in your light bill and money, it makes lots of money sense.

I do I.T. support and have servers running in my home office so I can access programs when onsite. My home AC was never able to keep that room cool with all the servers creating a lot of heat. I was able to live with it until the temp hit triple digits this year( Florida). My office became unbearable. I am extremely happy with this purchase as my Office is now comfortable to use again. It blows strong and cold. I would purchase it again.
