Excellent, beautiful picture

We own 4 Samsung TVs now and the pictures and clarity are great!

Awesome TV! Great picture and sound. The only minor drawback is blacks aren't quite as defined as higher end tvs with VA panel. Its still good just not perfect on the blacks.

The TV is great - But when delivered it had two Right legs took many, many phone calls to get to the correct person to order the replacement. Once I ordered the leg it took 14 days to receive.

The TV is great but do not pay to have it installed. They co tract with Angi's list who lost the order, delayed the install by over a week, then changed the install date the day it was sceduled without even asking and 2 installers were suppose to show up and only one did, so had to get family to help him lift / install or i would never have my TV in. Sam's should really partner with someone else

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] iv had this 86inch samsung tv for awhile now i got it for the kids video games an my movies it was nice but after awhile i started noticing BAD Picture Quality on my movies u constantly have to try an ajust for a clear picture on every different movie an still its not clear its extremely aggravating i went threw every setting feature an clear quality settings it does no good its useless the tv also switches its self to diff dvd players games thats plugged up to it that are on by its self even tho i set that setting to off it does no good it likes to come on by its self also if it detects anything on thats plugged into it i also turned that off no use still does it this tv started out great idk why the quality movie picture went away i heard it may need a update as i read in someones previous review ill have to dig into that an see because nothing about this tv is easy or stays how u prefer it on ur settings just a big waste of money my 70 inch tv picture blew this one away may put it back up an thro this one in the barn if u want picture quality this samsung 86inch crystal clear is not it!! its only a pain in ur butt an wallet save ur time an money on a tv with actual good picture it dosnt matter the size if the picture sucks whats the point of having it something else i dont have time for at the end of the day i jus want to relax not play button tap on my remote for a good picture that will never exceed crystal clear as promised buyer beware if u want this tv get ready for alot of adjusting everyday every movie if not ull b stuck with bad tiny pixels an bleary tv shows !! think that about sums it up hope this review helps someone . if it was possible this tv wouldnt even get 1 star more like -1

I ordered on the 1st week of dec as a chrystmas present for my husbang . It came in on time but, broken. The delivey people didn't event took it of the track . The box was damaged. Its been iver a month and stil i have not received the replacement . Very disappointing.

I order Dec18 not delivered until Jan 3 one man delivered and I had to help unload. I paid installer Jan 7th when taken out of box the tv back was separated from screen. I called Sam's Jan 7th they called AIT to pick up in 2days. It's now Thursday Jan 18th it's in the box in the hallway of my home still no word when it will be picked up. AIT said maybe 2 days?

The experience was awful the 86 inch Tv was damaged in shipping I called customer service another awful experience it would be nice to speak to someone in the United States I was told someone would contact me within 48-72 hours it didn't happen so I called them again the Tv I purchased wasn't available anymore had to order a different one and customer service told me someone would contact me within 48-72 hours again to arrange pickup of the damaged Tv finally I just contacted the delivery company myself and arranged for the pickup and delivery of damaged and new Tv myself and made sure the new Tv worked before they left.

After I purchased the TV, I was told to expect delivery and setup a certain day. The delivery came a day early and was delivered to an empty house. Of course, no set up. Then the TV had two left tv stand legs and no left foot They are NOT universal. Samsung has made me waiting 5 weeks for a part that should have been there originally. Between Sam's club, their delivery people and Samsung customer service; I am thoroughly disappointed
