The screen got black spots just after year and half of use. After searching the web I got to know so many customers had the same issue. Apparently glue used to keep led diffuser gives up easily leading to the black spots. This Made me regret switching from Sony tv I had before to Samsung.

Delivered to the door, on time with great notifications. It does take a minimum of three people to mount to the wall. Used the extending full motion mount Members Mark for TV's up to 90 inch or 150 pounds. This TV weighs 90 pounds. Recommend a great sound bar. TV works great, awesome picture quality, streaming quality and refresh rate are superior to old TV. Even antenna quality is better than old TV. Larger size coupled with sound bar provides movie experience in my family room. Live sports, golf, racing or football provides a higher level of detail, closer to being there.

Looks nice.TV is big and has been working as it should. I had this TV for less than two days and this are my comments so far. One of the let down is that the control remote does not have a pointer to drive easier and faster through the menus, but looks that data entry is old fashion way using arrows. This in my first big TV. When connected to video game consoles, it sometimes gives me an error with connection. The troubleshooting is nice but I believe that should be auto adjusted.

We are very happy with our new Samsung 86” tv. It has a great picture and was easy to setup. The stand is too wide for our entertainment center, so we bought and installed the wall mount offered by Sam's Club. We don't receive broadcast TV here. We have DSL internet service. We enjoy streaming free programming. The ability to add Apps and find them on the TV menu is great.

Great TV, great size, great picture, great price. Similar to computers, smart phones, etc., we are at a period where technology is so similar that no matter what you buy, you are going to get very high quality display panels, processors, motion rate, etc., that will differ very little. Some will argue they can "see" significant picture quality difference in a $6k TV vs a $1k TV. I would argue that unless you have an Elon Musk neuroral implant, I do not think any of us have the ability to see those types of differences. My point, spend $6K to think you see a difference, or be money smart, spend $1K and get a great TV like this Samsung TU9010 and enjoy, and use the left over $5k on other necessities.

I received the TV and in three days a line appeared down the middle of tv. I called Sam's on December 5th and now it's January 4th and I am still waiting for them to pick up this tv. 😡

Big and Beautiful, with Voice Control and multiple HDMI ports, this wall filling LED TV will fill most living room entertainment dreams. Great for a theater experience at home.

Awesome TV! Everything was packaged securely. Easy to set-up from attaching stand, to remote to adding Alexa and other streaming add-ons, Totally recommend this TV. Great buy!!
