Great TV, great products!

Satisfied Purchase but......

Purchased less than 30 days ago and is still trying to learn all its features. Do not like the remote at all. Great picture quality but the sound could be better for a smart TV. Will purchase again.

Decent TV for the money

This product is great! Absolutely the best clarity of any television I have ever purchased. One thing: don't worry about the stands. They may look a bit flimsy but they do a good job.

Samsung Smart TV

We are very happy with our purchase. Still learning a lot of the 'extras' we can do with a smart TV (like streaming pictures from your phone)! We have had a few gliches but able to work them out ourselves. Picture quality is GREAT!

Sound issues

Bought 3weeks ago and it has an issue with the speaker in it . It has static coming from it on and off not being consistent. Has a good picture and everything else seems fine but sound is poor quality

Hi Ffcgeneo, We appreciate your review and feedback on the CU7000D sound quality. Please know we are here to help. If you are hearing a loud static noise, it could be caused by electrical feedback. I recommend the following: 1. Arranging the cables and ensuring the TV has good ventilation will keep it quiet. 2. Check the cables. Ensure all cables are connected firmly to the proper, color-coded inputs on the TV and external devices. 3. Replace the audio connection cable. Replace the audio connection cable, even if it is an HDMI or RF coaxial cable. Then, test again to see if the issue still occurs. 4. Try connecting a different external device to the same input on the TV. Connect a different device to the same input on the TV using the same connection cables. For example, if a cable box is connected using the component connections, try connecting a DVD player to the same input with the same cables. If there is no buzzing, crackling, or humming with the second external device connected, the original device (the cable box in this example) is the source of the noise. If you continue to have issues, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week.
