Five stars for visual quality and three stars for user experience navigating the TV - annoying when a given app stops working. For example, when a TV app is stuck in a channel, turning the TV off and then on does not quit the app. So you come back to the same channel and get stuck there time and again. I had to unplug and plug back in to get out of that stuck channel.

Gaming mode is awesome for playing Xbox, Playstation, and other consoles. The smart features are very convenient and the smart remote is a major plus also!

My husband I bought this TV three weeks ago to replace another Samsung TV that we purchased 6.5 years ago and that had worked flawlessly since. The only reason we bought a new one was because our older one would not supposed certain apps (Apple TV, PBS Passport, etc) that we wanted to use. We love the slightly larger size of the new TV and the picture clarity.

The picture quality of this Samsung TV is awesome. The colors are vibrant. This TV would have been a solid 5 stars IF I COULD FIGURE OUT THE REMOTE! It took me several tries to figure out how to get to 'regular TV'. I have to select 'Connect to Devices' and then choose my HDMI cable connection - I've never seen a TV that didn't default to the cable provider first, and then allow me to select other viewing options from the Home/Smart menu. Also, I can't seem to get Paramount+ app loaded onto the choices menu - instead I have to SEARCH for a program on Paramount+ to launch the app - why is everything so convoluted with this TV? The last Samsung I bought last November 2022, is so easy to use - I have it in my living room; was able to load the Paramount+ app into the menu choices and moved it into one of the first few selection spots for the apps I enjoy most - allowing the lesser used apps to be pushed further down the list - so my favorites are first, second, third and I don't have to spend time searching for a program...I just get on there and browse the app to look for what I'd like to watch. The picture is beautiful, the sound quality - as usual for these big screen TV's is poor. Without a sound bar it's almost impossible to hear without cranking the volume way way up...I wish Samsung would find a better sound module for these nice big TV's.

I have a Samsung 4K 55” at home and when my parents needed a new tv, I knew exactly where to turn. The resolution is fantastic, all the quality you would expect from a Samsung. Would recommend and I will look to Samsung whenever I need a replacement for my own tv next.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only issue with this TV is the lack of USB/C ports. And sometimes it does weird things when the Amazon Fire-stick is inserted. However, I'm happy with it overall. The price is great for what I got.
