This tv is the worst Samsung product that I have ever had. Smart tv - not. Every time I turn off the tv, and turn it back on - no sound. It is so frustrating. I have to pull out the hdmi cable every day to get the sound back on.

Great picture quality, the setup process was very easy using my Samsung account, all the apps from my old TV were added, I just had to sign in and start watching.

Although I've have only owned the TV a relatively short time, I can honestly say that I am very pleased with this product. The picture clarity is very good and it has many features. I would surely recommend this product.

Clean lines, good size for me as I don't want a screen that dominates the room. So far it has the capabilities I was looking for . The instructions to set up wifi, adding apps or internet browsing straightforward.

This tv is great, for what you pay, you really are getting a lot. The colors and the resolution are fantastic, I do recommend to get a soundbar to enhance the viewing experience

Love the picture quality

After professional wall mount installation, went to adjust tv and it just cracked, no impact or improper handling. Either unreasonably fragile or manufacturer defect, even purchased extra warranty, nothing but run around from customer support for over a week. Will never buy another Samsung television. Complete waste of time and money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been in love with my 50 inch Crystal Ultra HD4K since i bought it. It has a great picture and sound. It was easy to hang on the wall, I had no problems with the install. Only thing bad is the remote that comes with it. I wish it was alittle bigger.
