The quick response of the apps and the features makes them easy to navigate through the menu. Also the remote control is super easy to navigate even for my 4 years old kids (twins)

This is my second one of these. The first was faulty and had a line down the middle. Samsung said there was nothing to do. It was a bad panel. The second one freezes up constantly has bad picture quality. I love Samsung TVs, but I'm giving up on this one. I'm going back to my 8 year old Samsung TV. WAY better quality.

The colors are wonderful.. the sound is outstanding and the overall view experience is absolutely out of this world. I'm trying to get the rest of my family to switch to every Samsung As far as technology is concerned. Processing is a little slower than I would like but not terrible. Picture quality is great but most tvs made in the last decade have a great picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use the tv to watch normal tv, as well as stream and watch movies on various streaming services. The clear picture as well as the easy to install stand make this a great tv. While the remote can be wonky at times, it's an overall great tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my tv, the colors, the sharpness, the way it makes you feel like you are in a movie theater. The only thing im not a fan of is the software, it feels like an old phone, sometimes is fast and sometimes it takes an eternity to load whatever.
