There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode. Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. DO NOT BUY

It would stall and then shut down after about 30 min of use. After a few months of this, the TV crashed one day and never turned back on. After some research, it is apparently a quite common problem. The red indicator light is on signaling it should be working, but it never turned back on again. Then when you try to use the Samsung warranty, they only replace it (refunds are not available) after 5 times of them coming to your house to try to fix it.

Great TV for the price

Good price for a 55". Not the top of the line for this size Samsung but still has great pic quality and usability. The only thing I don't like is the Bluetooth keeps turning on by itself to pair with my Bluetooth adapter connected to my speaker system even when I don't want it to. I turn it off and it comes right back on by itself. Can get annoying.

Love the Samsung TV app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying hours of tv time watching old shows with Samsung tv plus. This TV gives me hours or entertainment. Only con is the lack of backlight on the remote. I was impressed on the fade out when turn the tv off

4k screen looks so good and pixels are outstanding

I was about to buy a tv for some other company but then my friend told me to get this one and I'm so glad that I listened to him because I absolutely loved it and in the future I know which tvs to but and I would definitely recommend it to my friends too. The slight problem that i have with this is that the speakers could've been a bit louder

DON'T BUY

DO NO T BUY. Although the picture is nice they took away the smart hub so you do not get all the channels that you got on previous models. I have to buy a ROKU in order to get all the apps I used to get on my previous model. I'm absolutely livid and cannot return it.

MAN CAVE SMART TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is perfect for my man cave. It's a 2nd bedroom where I can watch movies and YouTube videos. I can select my cable tv box, online subscription services, YouTube, or my computer with ease. It is very easy to connect everything to it. I even upgraded to a Samsung sound bar and it sound good. When This tv is an impressive monitor when I am using my computer. Bright colors with a sharp looking picture. I haven't encountered any significant downside when using this tv. The problems that I did have was easily corrected after I did my research and read the owners manual.
