manufacturers warranty lacking quality

I've owned several items from samsung, 3 pairs of earbuds, 4 phones and 2 TV's, all great quality, except for this TV. I bought this TV and unfortunately a year after, I got a black screen, but able to hear sound. Proceeded to contact Samsung customer service. They sent a company called Tekniton, the technician was able to repair my TV at my home, so he took it to their shop, it's been a week since they took it and wont be getting it back until another week from now. The company doing the repair never answers their phone and keeps in contact with the status of the repair. I'm justgoingg to have to call it a loss because I can already tell theywon'tt have my T.V. ready or will give me a reason to not fix it. Sorry samsung but I will have to buy a Sony or give a chance to LG

Unreliable TV

I bought a 43” Samsung. Great picture but within one week the TV would not turn on or react to the remote (even added new batteries). I returned the unit and bought another one. This one did the exact same thing in only three days. Not a Vizeo fan but decided to go that route. Very good choice so far.

New but Old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A little slow on transitioning apps. Loading time is fabulous. Lightning speed. Use TV for streaming apps alot and it seems the.platform was previous generation. Picture is amazing. The settings feature could use a different platform. Hard to navigate.

Spectacular Viewing Experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This T.V. is on different level in terms of quality viewing experience. Very easy to use and it's got the latest features. On time software updates. Chromecast using samsung dex is extremely helpful and I can use this as a monitor as well using my S23 Ultra. I would definitely recommend it and it's worth the cost.

Horrible Remote

I bought this TV a month ago. Picture is good and so is the color. The remote is horrible. It's super small, it's virtually impossible to use in a dark room. And, I Are you there? can't use the volume buttons, they will not work. They do something completely different then adjust the volume up and down. I had to load the app on my phone in order to turn the volume up and down. I checked the instructions and I Seriously looked on line, neither were any help. Very displeased with this purchase because of that reason.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps: First, please remove the batteries from your remote, and then hold the Power button for eight seconds to reset the remote. Then, reinsert the batteries and try to use the remote again. Next, Check if the remote is sending an IR signal. Take either a digital camera or use the camera on your phone or tablet. Point the remote at the camera, and then press and hold the Power button on the remote. As you hold the button down, look at the camera's screen. If the remote is sending an IR signal, you will see a colored light coming from the remote control. If you do not see the IR light, replace the batteries with fresh ones and try again. If you still do not see the IR light, then replace the remote. If you continue to have issues, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week.
