I was not able to delete on the Capital Assets page the 3rd asset on the worksheet and had to reenter everything for 1 and 2. I was able to deleter the information for the 3rd asset but not the #3 so an error would appear for needing reviewed.

I have used TurboTax every year since 1991. in that time I have only had one error and it was my fault. t'urboTax has consistently been on top of all the changes of tax law for the past 34 years. Thank you.

Been using TurboTax for decades. Happy with the product. Makes it easy to prepare and file and allows a full financial picture. good for business and personal.

I did not like the non-CD loading process. Everyone I spoke to about the loading process agrees. Please go back to using CDs to load the software. Also, the program bogged down too many times during use.

Never asked for IRS ID Theft Pin during personal info section nor when preparing to file tax return. Not aware of difference between Personal pin and IRS ID pin, required resubmission of E-file.

I have been using TurboTax since it first came out and have always found it to be an excellent product. Those few times when I have had an issue or a special handling situation, the TurboTax team has always been responsive and helpful.

run errors is probably the best feature of Turbo Tax return and note: correction of the errors are important before e-filing because the errors will prevent e-filing.

I trust TurboTax for probably 10 years now, through dealing with rental property, new marriage, 4 house purchases, and more of life's events. All my concerns were addressed as I entered my data. Love it!

Very good product. Some things can be a little more straightforward or simply explained. But overall a good product that I return to year-after-year.

Overall I think this is a great product. I would make a suggestion for the software to be able to access previous returns files to determine if carryovers from previous years were available.
