Your live experts were fabulous I could not have completed my tax return correctly and brokerage account questions. The last expert I talked to was Martin and he was very helpful and knowledgeable of everything I asked.

Not easy to navigate. Preparing to return is easy, but finding your return once you closed the program and try to return to it is difficult. Also, once the returns are filed, it is impossible to find them and, impossible to print them.

I love turbo tax!! I have been using it for so many years. I am 77 this year and I still understand what they want from me, and get a clean return with no errors.

Got e-mail from you folks, my fed return was rejected. I made some changes - now turbo tax refuses to let me file an amended return, they say my return shows no difference, but it does! TODAY IS THE DEADLINE --- HELP...

Fedaral penalty calculation is still quite buggy. Once annualized tax payment amounts are entered, it is very difficult to go back to non-annualized method by deleting the number. Need to start from the last saved file

Did not interact with an agent. I started to but noticed you have added a fee for that too. TT did not feel as understandable or easy to navigate this year. I can't say why

I was disappointed with 2025 Turbo Tax. It downloaded 2 copies of my income and didn't recognize they were the same thing. Fortunately, we noticed and deleted the duplicates and gained $2000 plus in our return.

Data import for form 1099B is more detailed than what is requested for hand written data from non-importable brokerages. It is confusing to determine if data totals is sufficient.

The Turbo Tax programs for partnerships and LLCs are fantastic. The program walks you through every step and covers every base. I couldn't have done my own taxes without Turbo Tax.
