My tax situation is fairly simple. Turbo Tax is equipped to handle my basic tax reporting needs. I have come to rely on Turbo Tax this year and in years past. I appreciate the consistency.

Completed 4 very diverse family members' taxes and had no problems whatsoever. I have taken tax prep classes, but had no real-life experience. I'm not sure if my tax prep classes were even necessary, now. Turbo Tax software made it simple.

Ive been using Turbo Tax for years and found it easy to use, understand and complete my return. When questions came up I could usually find the answer in the guidance Turbo Tax could provide.

I believe you still need to improve the section on K-1 input. There seems to be a lot of confusion in entering line 20 codes Z and ZZ. I also think having to come up with a nickname on this page is not useful.

I have used this product for years and find it extremely useful and easy to use. It walks you through everything and has helped me uncover things that I hadn't thought about. I highly recommend.

Have used the product for 40 years and recently have found it more confusing and less helpful with it's explanations. The Help System has become useless.

It took me twice as long to do tax returns because I got no refund from the Feds and it automatically assumed no direct deposit on the state. i had to literally go into the forms on all to insert the direct deposit. A pain.

More difficult than past paid for package. filled in forms found out i was not on form i had to reenter everything. There should be a way to transfer from online to form

No issues this year! Had a few glitches in recent years that got me thinking about alternate software. App seems to be in better quality now and hoping for same in the future!
