It gets easier every year. I've used TurboTax since 2018 and the first few years were getting used to how it asks for data and the easy automated data entry from financial institutions.

run errors is probably the best feature of Turbo Tax return and note: correction of the errors are important before e-filing because the errors will prevent e-filing.

Difficulty in purchasing TurboTax. Some questions I did not understand. Some of the disclaimers, I couldn't highlight the words and make a copy of what I was agreeing to.

Super easy to use with confidence! Highly looking forward when AI is implemented in the software (or improved further more if it has already been implemented)

It's good for what I use it for. However, it didn't understand what the Oregon Health Insurance deduction was so I had to lump it in the "Other" column

Not a good product. I do not like using it. The fact that Intuit lobbied the govt so we have to use it is scummy. The product should scan PDFs or pictures.

Overall TurboTax Premier is an excellent product. I had some difficulty downloading my Edward Jones account information and understanding where it went. But, I don't think that was a Turbot Tax problem.

Turbo Tax works well for me. This year I only encountered one snag. In the donations section I couldn't find a way to donate new items. The program assumes that donated items are used items.

I use Turbotax Premier for my personal taxes and rental properties. The software interface is user friendly and easy. I highly recommend this program for your tax filing needs.
