TurboTax is excellent. I have used it for years. I had some confusion and I used the available service for help. We resolved the issue and it was my problem. The help was great. I have recommended it others.

too much repetition of info already in system. also, infuriating to go through the deductions and find that you will get the standard deduction. list the standard deduction up front and tell you not to bother if your deductions are lower.

Turbotax has done a great job of helping me file 20 years worth of tax forms!! I am not sure how much longer I pay for their software when they are giving it away to anyone who wants taxes done!!

Seems to be getting worse. The questions are sometimes ambiguous. Also, I haven't been able to upload previous year returns for the last few years and have to input manually. WHY? This is very disappointing.

Turbotax did not guide in inputting my IP PIN from the IRS. I had to go to the Forms view and input it that way. Other than that the step by step instructions were very clear.

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years. The 2024 version was prone to have glitches. I had to import financial information multiple times to get data. Print utilities did not function correctly.

Previous comments. The side boxes which show when dividends are imported from my financial institution are a pain to deal with. I like the straightforward method you employed in prior years.

Turbo Tax provides no tax support without purchasing additional services. Turbo Tax is trying to force you to file state taxes electronically for an extra $25.

we had trouble efiling returns and we were forced to choose the option to file with fees deducted from refund in order to file. we are getting $40 less refund which we were not happy about
