Your investment section was very confusing this year. You should clearly provide different sections for the various kinds of 1099s. I should not to search for them. Also, your import screens are not as easy to decipher.

using TurboTax for years never disappointed...........user friendly.......confident that all is accurate would like to see the e file for state fee to disappear. refunds quick and never a federal or state inquiry

Allow for a export to Excel of what I enter to do the double check that I entered everything correctly. Also for review provide summary of what was entered for doing double check versus printing all the tax forms.

I have so much respect for my mom! I remember her doing taxes with papers and schedules EVERYWHERE trying to enter true and honest information and calculations. Thank you, Turbo Tax, for making taxes much easier to complete taxes in a timely matter.

Not worth the cost in my opinion! Product literature is unclear about fees and total cost. The product does not seem to any better than tax products that are free. Main positve is live support.

Turbo Tax has reduced the time that it takes to file my taxes, but has also left me with less understanding of the implications of each amount input. Also, I really miss the tax history report that we used to get.

This is my 14th year with TurboTax and it was bad this year: harder to install without disc; couldn't pull up 2023 information; put wife as primary and husband as spouse and couldn't change it because all of husband's information remained as spouse.

Very positive. For those of us who have multiple state tax returns, you should allow the additional state downloads to be both Mac and PC compatible like you do with the Federal and the Free State download.
